I will give it one last try Uttis to see if there is any life out there.

Blackburn come on saturday tp NYS after two home wins. They have started with 22 different players but expect the side on Saturday to be very similar to the one that started against WBA. Blackburn have lost some players (Diaz the main one) but there is confidence on their boards that they will do well this season and have signed some stiffness in the middle of the park. They lack height apparently so set pieces could be their undoing.

I have a feeling we will start with the same eleven that started at Stoke. The only change could be Green in for Bramhall or Odoffin but i feel he might need a bit longer or come off the bench for the last twenty minutes if we are hunting a goal. I think Morrison will start as again i don't think Hall is ready for ninety minutes. Morrison might not last a full game so expect Hall on for last twenty if up for it. Where will our goals come from? i think a Cafu set piece or a header from a set piece are our best(only) weapons. I would take a point from this as a good result but i think they might have a bit too much for us at this early stage of the season. We need fresh bodies in and pace in the final third.Until we get that i cannot see many points coming our way.

My prediction 1-3                                                      3;4;2;1 set up

                                                                 Viktor

                                 Humphries                  Morrison                 Blackett

 Onyedinma                       Cafu                                  Oddoffin                                   Bramhall

                                 Wiles                                             Rathbone

                                                             Hugill.

Hi Whiston yes shame about the board and lack of replies onto our beloved Millers and already the doom and gloom is hovering not least with our injury problems and lack of signings trying to be positive that come end of August we will be significantly stronger with the saga of Tiehi resolved and hopefully some pace at the side of Hugill to help our goal threat we are at the moment looking very sparse in the full back areas if anything happens to Bramall I don’t know who will play there Bola being tipped to go on loan I hope we hang on to him and McCart BEFORE a replacement is lined up we simply can’t afford to let anyone else go now Presumably the final named squad of 25 will not include Peltier who has a long term injury Lindsay and Ferguson also unavailable
On to tomorrow we desperately need some points on the door as early as possible this will give confidence to current players and hopefully entice future signings

What an absolute farce Saturday was.

No exaggeration that sort of carry off will turn fans away from football for good, it was one of the most surreal experiences i have had supporting Rotherham in seeing a game / three points being systematically taken away from us right before our eyes by sheer incompetence from Madley. PGMOL and Webb can issue us an other apology like they did after Stoke but what difference will it make? we still have another suspension to deal with and lots of other players who have collected yellow cards which will eventually lead to further suspensions and more importantly lost two extra valuable points.

We played quite well with 11 men, im glad 3-5-2 was ditched as that formation died a death last season. The current group of players look much more comfortable in a 4-3-3.
