As much as I hate 1230 kick offs, it could work in our favour today. If we cañ muster a win of any sort, the pressure will be well and truly on MK Dons who will be given a stiff test by Wednesday later in the day.

I wouldn't be unhappy with NSM's team selection above although I suspect PW will play Woody if he's fit. Can't remember if Angus is clear to play today? That might give me palpatations! Lapado up front - pity we don't have better options!

Vital win today. Well done to Warne for changing things and to the players for the effort put in in energy sapping conditions. We werent great but improved as the game went on and it was a well deserved win. The usual disparaging stuff from many Ipswich fans about how we are a physical side and how they are morally superior because they want to play better football. Admittedly the ref was diabolical so you have to allow a bit for statistical error but they committed 16 fouls to our 4, got 5 yellow cards to our 1 and were very lucky to finish with eleven on the pitch. It must be embarrassing for them to have a little old pub team like us eight places above them. Their players must be on an average of twice what ours are on but honestly I would want to swap any of them. Thanks for the six points.

A cracking day all round! Just watched Wednesday hold on for a vital win at MK Dons and Cambridge did us a favour earlier on by knocking off Wigan. I thought the game at NYS was very entertaining from a neutral perspective - a bit nervy as a Millers' fan. However, as the game went on, there was only going to be one winner. Lindsay had another storming game, as did Harding and Rathbone. In fact, it was difficult to pick out a MoM as everyone put in 100%. I got the feeling in the second half that we were regaining our confidence and we played some really decent stuff. The way we played out the 9 minutes of injury time was sensational - Ipswich hardly touched the ball.

Let's hope this signifies the start of a great run-in and the securing of that automatic promotion spot.

Onwards and upwards and sleep well tonight Warnie!!

Vital momentum swing this weekend which started with Plymouth losing Friday. Dropping to 4th could have been damaging mentally.

Bit more urgency second half and you could see the teams confidence lift when we scored. Let’s hope that’s the kick start we needed.

Totally deserved win I thought the alleged rumours of unrest in the changing room wouldn’t garner us another point but that shift put in put that rumour to bed We got better as the game went on and there were half a dozen candidates for man of match which was great to see! Ipswich were without doubt one of the dirtiest teams I’ve seen for many years and should have finished with 9 men Typical Rotherham performance just when you think all is lost they pull out a great performance Don’t forget it’s the hope that kills you!
