Think MacDonald should play in front of the back line with instructions to Icky and Angus to give him the ball because both of them's distribution is 4th division standard. Sadlier is worth starting instead of Wiles,Harding should be dropped for Olosunde but please don't start Giles whose defending looks very suspect. He has a sweet left foot but should be no more than a cameo player late on,if we are comfortably winning .Josefzoon and Hirst have nothing to offer.
I would start Ladapo alongside Smith, and play Crooks in midfield ahead of Barlaser and Wing. I think Wiles needs a breather.
Like Splinter, I would be reluctant to start Giles. Forest's main attacking threat is down their right flank with Christie who bombs on from right back and Anthony Knockhaert. Giles looks defensively suspect to me. I would save him to use as a sub in this game if the situation allows or demands it.
Giles he's more of a left winger we need his crossing ability so play 4 at the back Harding Ihiekwe Wood Robertson. Olosunde Wing Barlaser Crooks Giles across the middle. I'd play Ladapo up front. Smith needs his batteries recharging.
Warney seems incapable of dropping certain players. Predictable side Harding I assume on the left. At least we have players on the bench Sadlier Giles Ladapo to change things if it's not too late.
Harding been one of our better players. Olosunde not in the game. Now move Harding to the right & Giles on the left give us an attacking option we haven't got.

not even approaching good enough, players looked knackered from the first whistle, Smudge was unlucky with the header that hit the bar but we deservedly lost, cue the gruesome twosome to tear us apart again with beaming grins on their faces,
Really can't see us getting out of this if I'm honest
I think you're right Brad. We looked really jaded - understandably - and with the frequency of games to come, that's not going to get any better. We really need Freddie to start putting away those guilt-edged chances. As poor as we were, we could have nicked the game in the last ten minutes.
I thought we were awful tonight the worst in a long time, you can say they had quality players but so did other teams we have got points from, Yates was brilliant against smith marked him out of the game and to be fair the best team won even though it was offside that goal. The facts are we have lost 4 on the trot now, 3 games without a goal, not the same team without Lindsay and Wood. The two misses by Ladapo and Smith were awful you cannot miss chances like that, Ladapo has done it in each of the last 3 games now. It will take a miracle for us to turn this around and to add to our woes Wycombe are starting to pick up points. Small squad, high energy style lots of games close together don't help either, can't see Reading losing to two of the bottom teams on the trot either, not a good night, feel very down, finish with a positive keeper had another great game
OK, so their goal was Offside, and a Red card - both given if we have VAR. Plus we miss a sitter and an easy header..
But that apart, we were rubbish tonight... We have gone back to hoof ball - which might be excusable away at Norwich, but not at home to Forest. The only time we looked ok was when we played it forward on the ground, which was about 3 times in the whole game.
I do not want to hear Warney say anything like "the lads gave me everything" or that we are tired . After that, he needs to say that we were not good enough, and he needs a reaction in our next games.. This is a test of his management ability as unless we improve very quickly from that performance we are heading for the bottom 2 at the end of season, period.
Unhappy, normally optimistic, Miller, good night....
