deserved a point, two silly errors gave them 2 goals, how people on here can question our keeper with that save from Morrison amazing. For me the ref cost us a point at least he gave us nothing, that foul on wiles in injury was a prime example. What was sad for me is when the snow game down we didnt seem to want to be there, they kept their cool and always looked like the team that was going to score in the last 15 minutes. Disappointing result, winning at Preston then losing at home to a midtable team, it is those games not getting something that will cost us at the end of the season, Millwall, Luton, Cardiff all at home and no points from them. We need to pick ourselves up and go again next game, we can win games in this league but the key to staying up is always the home form and not losing at home.
Horrible second half. The conditions took away the advantage we'd had in the first half of being the only team playing football. Cardiff were agricultural and the snow suited their game. No point analysing this game; it was just one of those unfortunate cir***stances. Hope we have better weather for the QPR match.
BTW - Vaulks only partiçpated in throw one. Though Keiffer was class.
We deserved something out of the game not to be went our way at Preston that's football. Notice no complaints against the ref in the last two games we won.
Honestly - and this is not a wind up - I respect Will Vaulks for all his efforts with us, but I wouldnt find a place for him in our best eleven as it stands. I dont recall him doing anything but hurling in his throws and getting away with handling it in added time. His throws are a threat of course, but as a footballer he doesnt do it for me. Kieffer on the other hand is a right handful and he would fit us like a glove. I agree with Glenn that when the conditions deteriorated it worked against us. Not only did it make it harder to play on the deck - which they were never interested in doing - but it seemed to start blowing a gale straight towards our keepers end. It also took all the momentum out if the game just as we had equalised while the ref peed about with the ball. All very frustrating. It feels a bit like we have been burgled. That's football.

Apart from the complaints about Ched Evans not getting sent off and also fouling our keeper for their goal. Apart from that, you are spot on.

Can see where you are coming from with this.
More than just one way to win a game of football but we’d be getting absolutely slaughtered for they way they played tonight if the boot was on the other foot. They set up and came for a game of rugby.
Nice one TH. Except that you replied to several posts on the Preston thread when posters were commenting on those decisions, so you obviously did read them. Let's face it, you just blundered with your comment that nobody criticised the ref when we won. Lots of people did exactly that. If you've only got one brain cell it isnt a good idea to try and be a smart arse.
Got some really bad news on the injury front Lindsey out for 2 months going to be a massive miss. I don't read your posts unless they are very short just scan through them they give me brain freeze.

I will put it in BIG and keep it short for you.
LOTS OF POSTERS COMPLAINED ABOUT SATURDAYS REF AND YOU ANSWERED THEM.
Saturday's ref if it had been over way round & it was their keeper who had same happen to him our fans would have said they were only going for the ball & keeper dropped ball for goal. Tonight think this ref was worse. Offsides missed & penalty appeals turned down. Got to hope decisions even themselves out.
Not me all I said the ref got right for Preston goal then the officials got it right for their offside goal.
When you said in a post on Saturday 'As for their goal being a foul...(etc)' you were obviously aware that others had suggested the ref had got it wrong. Then tonight you said nobody complained about the ref on Saturday. It is mind boggling, but nothing you say should come as a surprise.
I am not to disheartened about the defeat I am not even having a go at the mad Vikings. Wing looks to be a decent addition there were plenty of good performances Robertson looking good maybe Sadlier comming back. Points to be won pools panel has QPR for an away win we will see.
All I did was scan through the usual posts ref this ref that. Watched Quest they said the same or very similar as I thought as they say the rest is history.
