January transfer targets ?

HM they have been bar goalkeepers. You can have special permission if all GK options are injured.

They usually extend them on week to week basis, Wycombe used this to loan David Stockdale last year.

Just checked up on the player from Everton but it’s a George Hirst type of signing (if it happens) would have hoped we were going for someone a bit different.

working with premier league clubs to act as a development ground for young players is a good business decision and sometimes it will work and sometimes it wont, it should not be our only strategy though

Got this off Twitter could be available. Left full/wing back Josh Tyman Stoke would have to be a signing, not a loan from the same division. Already mentioned Harry Pickering Crewe left wing back played alot of games. Both good ages.

Wigan turned a bid down for him according to the administrators there.

how they can turn money down is another story.

Tom Pearce not for me. Not played that many games for Wigan now in league 1.

I've been thinking about this and I believe I have the answer to our problems.

We should hit the transfer market and get in eleven new players. All young-ish, all with plenty of Championship experience, all good enough for the Championship and all fit enough to play at full capacity twice a week without getting injured. One for each position.

I don't know why nobody else has thought of it.

Message to Warney and Scotty - get on YouTube and get it sorted!

smiler we are paying Scotty & Del boy to sort recruitment out. Are they? You forgot no lightweight players as well. Flo & Miller wouldn't have got past way in if I had anything to do with it!

Our recruitment in the last couple of years has been very good overall. For reasons that we have been over, we have to take calculated risks in the transfer market sometimes and it will not always work out, but I suspect that in terms of market value we probably have a higher rated squad now than we have ever had.

By the way Gwru, if you had anything to do with it none of Olosunde, Harding, Ihiekwe, Wood, Barlaser, Smith, Crooks or Ladapo would have got past way in (whatever that means) either.  Hirst would have though. We can only dream about what a forward line featuring Bailey-King on one wing and and Lamy on the other supplying the ammo for him could have done.  You certainly have a keen eye!

Watched Middlesbrough today. They got a few injuries, we will be the fresher side. Target this game. But we haven't got a natural left sided player makes it harder.

Cool... Coventry rate him - He is left sided I think TH.

I still think we'll also see a striker come in before window closes.

He is definitely left sided T.H. Some of the Coventry fans rated him, saying he has pace and can whip a cross in. Robins, appeared to have lost faith in him and he only played 114 minutes in the last 9 games. He is more of a left winger or left side midfield than left wing back according to Coventry fans. It sounds like we are going for him though.
