I'm not confused. whiston01 I know cause I've done a full apprenticeship it's at the age of 20 you complete it after 4 years. We need 2 or 3 players good enough for this level to keep us up. If we go down again after 1 season it makes us look incapable of running a football club: playing side.

On the contrary I think we are the model for many league 1 and 2 clubs to aspire to a top end league 1 club who yo yo between there and the championship we are well run and debt free or so we are told

You seem confused Gwru.  You said you didn't understand.

Josh Kayode is not yet as good a player as the forwards we have got.  That is not my assessment - it is the assessment of the manager and his staff who monitor his progress very closely whereas you have seen him once in a reserve team game.  It is that simple.  We do not need to bring him back just for you to have another look at him. Do you accept that, or do you know better?

I agree with Uttis.  Many clubs below us, several of whom believe they have the potential to be in the Premier League never mind the Championship, dream about being in our position (football side) and almost all of them wish they were in our situation (financial side).

You are a malcontent whose voice might represent a vocal minority of like-minded souls who love to complain about everything and think they know football inside out because they have been watching it for a number of years, but you certainly do not represent the majority of supporters who appreciate where we are and what we are trying to do.

Smiler, I have a bag of minced pork in my freezer if you fancy having a debate with that? It'll be a lot easier to get your point across to.

So let's get this right. Most on here aren't bothered if we go down straight away again? Let Warney start all over again in league 1. I'm not. I want progress. Another thing this season the championship isn't as strong apart from the top clubs. Why are Barnsley doing well? Progress to me is Roth U keeping out of the bottom 3 end of this season.

Of course we are all bothered Gwru.  We all care deeply about the club.

You were talking about Kayode and Cooper. You said you didn't understand.  I have explained to you why they won't be coming back this season to play for us.  That isn't me being a smart arse, it is just a statement of the bleeding obvious.  Clearly, if Warne thought they were answer of part of the answer he would have them in like a shot.  As I have said on many occasions, he has more interest than we do in the club being successful and will be desperate for us to stop up.

We are back to where we have been many times.  You won't admit it, but you think you know better than a former professional player who is a highly qualified coach and is now an experienced manager who has (to your irritation and contrary to your predictions) proved that he knows what he is doing.  You don't.

Whether Warne can keep us up this season against the odds we shall see.  It is a tough task.  He has less to play with than previous managers who have had a go at it in recent years and fourth bottom is the best we have managed previously.  Your measure of success is yours.  Others may share it. Maybe even Tony Stewart. Personally, I don't.

Barnsley are doing well in a large part because the late collapse of Wigan into administration saved them from relegation.  I think it is fair to say that the first season up is the hardest - if you can manage to survive that perhaps you can look to move on as they have.

Realmiller is correct.  I am wasting my time here and I know it, so I am calling it a day for now.  No doubt when I look at the site again on Friday or Saturday you will be churning out the same claptrap whatever anyone else says because that is who you are.  Enjoy the rest of your week.

Why don't you try stamping your feet and having a tantrum like a spoilt adolescent. That could work. Hang on, you are doing.

Don't change the manager no young players can play div 1 here we come. I wanted us to compete this season the points we have lost in the last few minutes worse than the last time we was in this league.

See if Warney is true to his word? He said in the tizer just before xmas if he can't keep us up he will go. I hope he proves me wrong, keeps us up but he's got to sort side out at moment Keeper Left back fit wide players up front are weaknesses. Manager is saying he wants another midfielder. Got Vickers so could be ok: keeper. Wide players we are playing with wing backs so could get away with that if we get a left wing/full back in. So 2 more in midfielder & up front.

Repetitive random incomprehensible epithets as is the norm. Google constructing a sentence. Although I fear that it is many years too late.

It's unbelievable on here blind faith in Warney. Not me. But I'm open minded if Warney turns it round he'll get me onside: achievements but nothing else.

Gwru,it is not a case of blind faith in Warne. It is also not the case that you are open minded. I tried to use engineering to get the point over but you got it wrong. The reason Kayode and Cooper will not feature this season imo, is that they need more time to develop and the management team think that playing in a lower division will help with that. No blind faith in Warne, just common sense in developing talent.

Progress for us would be to stay up in the championship, of that i will agree. However, and yes i have said this before. It will take a massive effort from us to realise that. I also believe that Warne and his team deserve the chance to achieve it. We will be getting players back from injuries and also the possibility of adding the odd player in i believe. Plenty to look forward to, but not the time to make drastic changes like changing the management team.

I'm open minded. Show me you've got it then I'm with you. If Cooper & Kayode aren't better than any of Blackman Johansson Jones Thompson Wood Clarke Flo Miller Vassell if I was them I'd look for a career change!

Same old tired replies I disagree with with my friend about woody I know he is at the veteran stage we need him. We are in desperate need of three signings to give us a lift not much hope at the moment.
