Jan transfer thread - TTR rules apply

Carlton Morris - Don't worry Warne is not re-signing him he was left out of the MK squad yesterday as Barnsley have agreed a deal for him to join them as soon as the window re-opens. Must say I am surprised by this, he was average for us last season but according to someone I know who watches MK he has recovered the form he showed at Shrewsbury, Barnsley see him as a non scoring mobile target man, sounds like our usual signings. So what have we in the pipeline, Ross Stewart missed the Ross County game yesterday with a groin injury, so he may be on his way. I reckon he is the most likely signing. Joe Pigott missed AFC Winmbledon game yesterday again he will be on his way but I reckon we will miss out on him, Birmingham the latest to be linked. Out first action for me has got to be the cancelling of the loans for Blackman and Hirst. Was told the other day that every time Blackman does not play we pay his full Chelsea wage. Also interesting to see in the Yorkshire Post yesterday Neil Warnock saying he had told Tony not to get silly when it comes to thinking of a change of manager. They play golf together on a regular basis, so clearly a conversation has happened.

Remind all this is for all on here, reply to who you want. This idiot thinks he's running the show! I said Ross Stewart last transfer window. I don't mind a few rumours but some I don't want to know like Jones when we signed him. UTM

I read Warnock on about Warney he's saying everything good about him apart from being a manager! It's from an outsider looking in. I know we've got to be thankful we have a club well run but I just think certain other managers would have got recruitment better than we have now.

I totally disagree with the TTR rules. However, i also believe you two should stop points scoring and put up meaningful posts. You are both capable of that. Stop making rods for your own backs.

I see your point but when someone is being silly I will try my best in future.

I always try to say it how I see it. Not playing games now is no disadvantage if we get players back & strengthen where needed. Left back, wide player & big forward needed. I'd send Blackman & Flo back to their parent clubs. I'm not sure about Hirst. Move Vassell on, Clarke also. Bring Kayode at least back. I'd sooner bring Cooper back than Tilt. No more lightweight players that's all I ask.

I agree with a lot of that Gwru, even though you have said it many times before. I think it depends on the return of Ogbene as to whether we send Flo back. I have commented before on Blackman and think it would be a bit risky to leave just two keepers. We definitely need a left back and striker.
I would send Hirst back as he needs game time which we cannot guarantee him, i would try and move on Vassell and Clarke. I would also bring Kayode back, but what bringing Cooper back before Tilt would achieve is beyond me. As said before Tilt is fit, has played a lot of league football, Cooper is fit but played only non league football.. Robertson, S . McDonald and Sadlier will also be back in contention in the new year. Not sure when Mattock is expected back, but when fit i would now hope he is the reserve left back, which is something he has never been at this club. I think this will be his last season for us whatever happens.

I believe it stands for The Two Ronnie's, aka Toot and Ploot. But it clearly hasn't worked in this instance. Shame really as Henson post makes interesting reading.
