Quite simply the real world where integrity matters. Rotherham have been my team for over 65years and I love being able to acknowledge that when I am asked the question ‘who do you support’. Of course results matter but its Not the be all end all. Endeavour to succeed when finance is against you and still keep personal integrity and do the best you can. This season most teams will,on paper have better players and certainly more money. Norwich brought full internationals off the bench and this will happen most games. Do you blame the manager for this, the chairman or reality?

I am a realist I know what I signed up for. The good times, the bad times and the times when football takes you completely by surprise. Without an opposition who are trying to beat you football is obviously nothing. So pay them respect and watch what they are doing it may surprise to see they are trying to win the game to. They counter what we are trying to do and perhaps Smith is not rubbish but the defender is actually quite good. It could be that the runs teams make are better than we can cope with.

Show our manager, our chairman, our football club and above all football some respect.

Excellent post Iwasatvillapark and absolutely spot on, however it's far too intelligent and reasoned for the person it's aimed at to understand.

To start with I think our present chairman is brilliant. The same with Ken Booth I bet there are a few on this site who do not agree with that. As for the last three games Birmingham was down to the ref. The last two games poor management Vassell came on against Huddersfield when Miller should have. Saturday Sadlier instead of the new player he was oven ready. Those decisions cost us three points if I can, work that one out surely you can

Missing a penalty, scoring an own goal, and having a man sent off cost us a lot more than not bringing Sadlier on. It's easier to blame Warne for not bringing Sadlier on so that's why you've chosen that as the reason we lost.

The posts from DKNY and Iwasatvillapark are of course 100% accurate. If THMiller was genuine he would be the worst kind of 'supporter', but it became apparent a long time ago that he is a wind up merchant who can get away with it on social media and is sad enough to do it.

You choose to blame the manager THMiller because you have an agenda and like to provoke people with it. You could just as easily say the the own goal cost us the points, or Angus MacDonald's rash tackle, or Ladapo's missed penalty, or a bit of bad luck when Crooks' shot hit their keeper on the foot when he had no idea about it. Or even (shock horror) some good play from Norwich. Their keeper did, after all, save the penalty. Ihiekwe put through his own goal because an excellent cross put him under enormous pressure. There were two teams on the field of play. But no, you blame the manager as always.

The reality is that in almost every game this season we are coming up against clubs with many times our resources. Players tend to go where the money is, so in most cases we will be up against teams with players who are a little bit better than ours. Those small percentages incrementally add up over 46 lots of 90 minutes.

What do we do about it? We do the best we can with the resources we have to be as competitive as we can be. We try and grow as a club. As supporters we should get behind that effort, and try to enjoy being the underdog knowing that there will be few Huddersfield and Norwich style games along the way and possibly even the odd hiding. The early signs are that we can be hopeful of enough good days and good performances to make it all worthwhile.

Or we could choose to be pillocks and jump all over people who are doing all they can with great integrity to move us in the right direction, just because we 'pay our money and have the right to'.

It is not my problem that you can not work out putting on on a player who was not match fit when we had other options. That tackle was stupid from a player who was not up to speed who takes the blame for that.

Why do you always have to have somebody to blame? Some times we'll lose, get over it. You're like a spoiled child who hasn't got his way.

To respect and support a manager does not mean you have to agree with all his decisions.

I will try again I am a results person I absolutely hate it when we give points away in the last minute. That is why I don't gamble I am afraid the manager takes responsibility for that.

Not for the first time you are completely missing what poeple are saying.  You have no idea what Sadlier would or wouldn't have done, because he didn't come on.  You are assuming that he would have come on and done well.  Maybe he would, or maybe he wouldn't.  Against Huddersfield we didn't have a decent out ball in the second half which contributed to us coming under sustained pressure, and Warne got stick for being too defensive,  This time he puts a forward thinking wide player on with pace to use on the break, but it goes pear-shaped when we concede and get a red card within minutes, and now you are criticising Warne for not taking a safer option.  You are ignoring all sorts of other contributing factors because it suits you to do so.

In a nutshell, if we don't win you aren't happy and the manager will carry the can, no matter how it happens or who it is against.  If that really is what you think, you need to support someone else.  We will almost inevitably lose more than we win this season.

We can do without 'supporters' like you, whether you think you have earned the right to spew your bile or not.

No TH. You are responsible. You can't blame the manager for your response. You have a choice how you react, either positively or negatively. You and your alter ego persistently choose the latter regardless of the result

He can be criticised, I personally don't understand why Jozefzoon was brought on to play wide left when he's supposed to be a right winger, it seemed a strange decision to me. Do I think it was the main reason we lost? No. I think it was more to do with the fact we missed a penalty, scored an own goal and were down to ten men, coupled with the fact that we were playing against a team who are one of the favourites to win the league. The fact that you make no allowances for the opposition we're playing against shows you don't understand football in the slightest. If Sheffield United lose to Liverpool next week will that be entirely the fault of Chris Wilder? By your logic it will be.

If decisions on management are based entirely on results. For a club like Rotherham how many managers would we go through each season?

The only thing 'simples' is you.

Notice you avoided the Chris Wilder question. Is that because if you answer one way it'll make you look like an idiot and if you answer the other way it would make you look like a massive hypocrite with a vendetta?

My advice to Warney he's out of contract get Lamy back. A strapping lad for a winger like him & we're * about with wingers not tall enough. We aren't far from having a staying up side just with Ogbene out we are lacking out wide. Another thing like I said play Sadlier in Crooks role. I'd like to know what the problem is with Olosunde. Before season started management said he was our most improved player last season so what's gone wrong? As he got a mind of his own! Harding had his best game for us Saturday, Olosunde on bench cover for both full backs.
