There goal was a sickner. Did we do enough to win the game? Impartial I'd say no. In 12th place. Ogbene done his knee, will know Monday how serious. Got a break to sort things out. We are still short up front.

Another two points thrown away in injury time I would have thought this manager would have learned from last time the opposition can't score when you are in their half. Suggestion make the players take the ball to bed with them then they might learn how to keep it.

Frustrating to read posts on MM and twitter saying we just sat back. We didn't. We were forced back. Warne kept two up front for the whole 90 minutes. It is so easy to say that we should have attacked more and kept the ball better but so much more easily said than done. They were technically very good and they wore us down. There will be plenty of games like that this season whether we like it or not, because we are up against a lot of teams with better individual footballers than we have got.

Sickening OK from the best Millers player on the pitch but overall we defended superbly. IF it was a tactical decision to take Shaun McD off it was a mistake as we defended deeper from that point. Another point is that PW prides himself on the players workrate but Vassell didn't look bothered when he came on.
Two & a bit games on but I've not seen anything in Hirst that could improve us, Smudge & Freddie up top for Norwich for me,

Ogbene out for six to eight weeks having knee surgery on Monday he will definitely be missed. Get someone in we need that outlet.

I think the injury to Ogbene might give us the opportunity to maybe try 3-5-2 with wing backs. That way it gives us an extra man in the centre of defence and an extra man in midfield.

Where are the wing backs? Keep it simple. We need an extra man up front. Vassell can go.

What do you mean where are the wing backs? Harding, Olusunde, Mattock and Clarke. All decent defensively and all decent going forward, you know, the stuff that wing backs do?

I meant Realmillers idea, obviously. Vassell did no worse today than Hirst, who looked like a boy playing against men today, but Vass isnt one of gwru's boys obviously. Its early days for Hirst and hopefully he will learn quickly. We are asking him to learn on the job. Wiles and Mattock as wing backs would look ok. Three centre backs. Gives us three on central.midfield and still allows two up front. Worth thinking about.

Could also play Harding on the right of a back three with Olusunde (if fit) at right wing back.

When you consider we have an abundance of centre backs and central midfielders at the minute, and not a lot of wingers, it seems a logical way to get around it. I'm sure Paul Warne looks at every option though.

It’s a shame Olusunde is out injured as he’d be a great replacement for Ogbene while he’s out with his pace if Warne doesn’t want to play Sadlier or Miller

It's going from the sublime to the ridiculous on here! Forget wing backs. It's a specialist position. Wiles was out on his feet today 2nd H. Get Barlaser ready for after the break. Olosunde I'd like at Right back. Harding?

I thought Harding was very good today. He was getting overloaded at times in the second half but didnt do a lot wrong. I could see him on the right of three at the back and if anyone is cut out to be a wing back it is Olosunde.  I think Realmiller is just putting it out there as an idea gwru, which is what normal people do. Have you decided by the way whether Warne knows more than you or not? Still waiting. Clearly at five past two today you thought you had the edge and you said that you would know more after the match.  What is the verdict?

Let's not be too downcast about today. I thought we bossed the first half and deserved to go a goal up, and what a goal. An absolute screamer. But let's not forget this is the Championship now and a one goal lead is never going to be enough against a very capable Huddersfield side. They had to come out after the interval and put us under the cosh and in that respect it's what you'd expect, they are professionals. We hardly got a kick in the 2nd half but I thought the defence did exceptionally well to soak up the onslaught, which is another big positive to take away from today. The equaliser, when it came was a sickened alright, as Glen says, it's a cruel game, but THEY didn't score. I think I'm right in saying we are 12th, same points as some pretty good teams, we're only 12th alphabetically guys. Disappointed yes downcast no.

Exactly Smiler, it's nothing more than an idea. I'd never be arrogant enough to tell Warney how to do his job or that I know better him.

Why? Because you say so? Luckily for us it's not your decision.

You're a very arrogant man for someone with a proven track record of knowing very little about anything.

Was disappointed in us today. Didn't think Huddersfield were that good. We defended ok but had nothing going forward. Ogbene being out it's a massive blow to us. See what happens during the break. Norwich next doesn't get any easier.
