I meant Smith up front on his own in a 4-5-1 formation. Lamy will find out tomorrow if he's got a contract at Doncaster R. Thing is I'm not getting paid to bring players in. Warney is & January window was bad enough. This window I'm not impressed at all with Blackman & Harding out of 3 signings this window we've seen so far.

"The needle returns to the start of the song
And we all sing along like before"
Or in this case, swap "they" for "we all" new season same old same old, even more annoying than a constant "Are we there yet". In Warney and his staff we believe UP THE MILLERS controversial to a certain pair but to the rest a rallying cry.

I'll reply for them to save them the trouble. For gwru: 'Just want us to be as good as we can be. Warne he isnt a Championship manager. See who is right. Left back needed, midfielder and big forrud good enough'. For THMiller two minutes later: 'I'll be there as soon as it opens like I have been since 1925 so my opinion counts more than yours. Keep at it gwru'.

In grus case in particular his season ticket doesn't buy the right to watch 23 games at the NYS. It buys him the right to pass his expert, cough, opinion on, 'Warneys' selection, tactics and inability to judge a player in 90 seconds. Which he can do of course.

Got some bad news for you I'm watching away games now until I get bored with them. I'll be at the NYS as soon as they let me in. It was that bad at Salford it takes some believing. Sadlier only one of the new signings on view who showed anything. Blackman & Harding if Evans was here they'd be out through the revolving door now. Still playing Jones Wood S McDonald Vassell who shouldn't be here. My opinion. We've got 4 right backs & 1 left back whose not the player he was 2 seasons ago. Up front lacking all I can say.

Well done smiler! You've summed it up in one word Roth U under Warney!

So Harding and Blackman join the long list of players who you have decided are crap after seeing them once. They join Olosunde, Ihiekwe, Barlaser, Vassell, McDonald, Ladapo, Crooks and Thompson. At least they lasted longer than Michael Smith. You decided he was crap before you had even seen him. At least Sadlier has been judged after one showing to be a good player. Hopefully his career doesnt go the same way as some of the others who have been blessed by you after ten minutes like Hinds, Lamy and Bailey-King. You are a total embarrassment.

No a through & through Roth U fan. I know a good manager for us like Evans when I see him. It's been like after the lord mayor's show under Warney.

Lucky for us that we have someone at the helm who has a totally opposite belief, opinion, mindset, call it what you want from the dynamic duo, no matter how loud Mr Evans boasted about his ability, his revolving door was seen to be exactly what it was, harmful and expensive, at least. Hats off to Mr Stewart.

I support the club. I weren't keen on Evans the person, met him but he got us two good sides promotion & staying up. Hope Warney keeps us up, I don't want another struggling championship season. Next 3 signings will determine if we have the side to keep us up.

Warne makes mistakes (not as many as Evans did) but I will take him over whatever Evans has to offer any day of the week. In my personal opinion anyone who does what Evans did in the game shoudn't be allowed anywhere near management of a football club to begin with, and I certainly didn't and don't want him anywhere near my club thanks. Evans arrived at a club punching below its weight with a new chairman willing to spend a lot of money. He did well but at enormous cost (not just financial). Warne inherited a shambles at a time when nobody else wanted the job and has turned us around so that we are now probably in the healthiest position that we have been in for decades. You would have to be blinkered not to at least respect and recognise what he has achieved and how he has gone about it.

It is also the case that we are about to start a Championship season with a young manager and young squad giving 100% for us, but we have a couple of 'supporters' full of poison and negativity who know nothing about the game and who want to suck people into a discussion about a manager who ran away from us about six years ago. Not helpful.

smiler tell me what you know more than me about Roth U? This will be Warney's 2nd full season in the championship. You can have players giving 100% but if they aren't good enough to start with it won't be enough that's what I know.

Everything, he knows everything more than you about Rotherham United. He isn't thick, that's why.

Not telling me more than I know. I know we work to a budget then why give contracts to Price & Jones? Waist of wages there. Signing keepers at least one of them same waist of a wage so on...

Waist OMFG thick as pig s**t I rest my case your honour.
These two (possibly one) keyboard warriors have tried & almost succeeded in bringing this site to it's knees on more than one occasion.
Expect them on here at 456pm on Saturday with their boots blacked if we lose. They revel in it.

Got a mind of my own. Warney he's had nearly 4 years as our manager he's still got to convince me he's the man for the job.
