He picked out Vaulks watched him at the weekend is just one example did your mate warney sign him I think not. You seem to have very selective memories he is dead right about keeping Jones at a time where finances are going to be stretched to the limits waste of a wage. Remember at the moment with some people he is the best thing since sliced bread get a few months into the new season he could be toast.

Barker on the radio yesterday said Jones will be a good signing! For Jones yes for not playing on a tidy sum a week. No other club in the EFL would sign a sick note like him. We've got two who can play right back Olosunde & Thompson though latter can't see it in the championship. Need a right back in up to championship level.

Very surprised we are looking to sign Billy Jones on another contract. At 33 he is too injury prone imo to give another contract to. For us in two seasons he has played only 31 times. Before that for Sunderland he played only 59 games in 3 seasons. That is only 90 games in last five seasons, surely that indicates he has a problem. I have no doubt if we could get him fit he is probably the best defensive right back at the club. But it is a big if.

Last time in the championship Jones was too slow like Wood & Crooks. McDonald he's another one wouldn't get near a championship side if they want to stop there. When a player gets to 33,34 level of player we get are ready to put out to grass same as players short in height we don't get them good enough such as Taylor & Clarke to make up for it. When signing players or giving players new contracts work to no lack of height players, sick notes or past their sell by date then gives you a chance of achieving your objective. Hope ours is to stay in the championship.

Keep clear of short players in height. Players with a record of being injured. Players past their best.

Short players?? What? The likes of Kevin Keegan and what about our very own Tony Towner is that the type of 'short players' you mean.

And of course Tony Towner, all five feet six of him, wasn't 'not tall enough' because in your perception he didn't look short, in the same way that in your perception Crooks is slow?

We aren't going to players of the calibre of Towner now. Taylor & Clarke haven't got the ability to make up for their lack of height.

Not many short players about of course there is the odd one Towner an easy example. Quite a few team's land of the giants how many team's let players go because they are not big enough.

It's like running a pony in the Grand National! Look at Zach Clough 5ft & abit he's failing. I'll be proves right about players with lack of height & Crooks but Warney he's got different ideas to me what's best for Roth U. I don't doubt my opinion of players.

You are deluded, do you realise how insane you sound? You’re proven wrong time and time again and yet you still have the unshakable belief you’re right. You need to see a doctor.

You are the only one (or two) who doesn't doubt your opinion gwru.  I have never known any football fan be more wrong more often than you are.

Apart from Towner I am struggling to recall any decent short players players that played for the millers. My friend has tried to explain to you lot there is the odd player about I know it is difficult for you sometimes to comprehend they will cost top dollar.

Messi - 5'7", Maradonna - 5'4", Aguero - 5'8". I don't think any of them have played for Rotherham but I suspect they are/were half decent footballers?

Top players lack of height won't matter. Type of players Roth U can now attract it would be a disadvantage.
