Rochdale on saturday

the only time 3 up front would be an option would be in last 10 minutes of a game to pin back their defence

i would be radical and go 3 4 1 2 and go 3 at the back put smith in middle playing between vassell ladapo

I'm really not sure why everybody is so keen to change very much at all. In our last fourteen games we have won ten, drawn three and lost one. We are the second top scorers in the division and concede fewer than most. the point at Coventry was a good point. Against Wimbledon and MK Dons we dominated but didn't take our chances. That can happen. But there is no need to panic and make radical changes to the way we do things, which in the main seems to work pretty well. Sorry for the cliché, but for me it is probably a case of Keep Calm and Carry On.

I'm sure they will all be delighted to hear that gwru. particularly as at least nine of them have been on your list of Get Rid Of Them players at different times.

From now on we need to get at least one point from every game. In other words, we can't afford to lose any of the ten remaining games. It's a big ask but achievable.

I think it depends on one simple thing.

We control most games with possession the majority of the time. We need to score 1st and in periods when we are creating chances. We haven't been doing so, creating x3 the amount of chances to score the same goals as the opposition...that completely has to stop. Need to be more ruthless..if we do we go up, if we don't L1 we stay.

No Ihiekwe Mattock. Tilt, Jones in. Thompson in for Olosunde. Rest of side same. Not sure about the defence hope across the middle & up front do the business.

Why would he drop Ihiekwe? He has been outstanding all season has to be injuries for him and mattock. A bad first half pressure is starting to tell if results stay like this we are close to being out of the top six, these games have to be won if we hope to go up and we have to stop conceding goals. We haven't played at our best since Ipswich at home and hopefully it won't catch up with us.

Very poor result and we are not on a good run of form since beating Ipswich. We scraped a few wins during that time but we have not played well especially against lower table teams, perhaps a confidence or arrogance issue. A late equaliser for Gillingham helped us but we shouldn't be relying on such things, the table is not making good reading tonight our goal difference is not the best now and 3 teams below have games in hand. We will still just be 2nd going into next Saturday's game but all our home games are must win games and Wycombe and Fleetwood away are not lose games, that will just keep us in top 6 for top 2 I think 23 or 24 points will be needed. For me PW and Rb will be judged at the end of the season they have 9 games to go and if you are 1st at the start of March and end up outside the top 6 that would be failure a top 6 is a success whatever happens in the playoffs, the margins are that slender in competitive sport. We have the players do we have the desire and bottle to achieve success and are the management team good enough to close the season out in a positive manner.
