You two (TH and gwru) are just totally unbearable. This is a decent thread with some good thoughts and reasoning but what happens, you cannot resist the temptation to ruin it with something totally unrelated. Do you not see that you are ruining this forum - or is that your aim. Do me a favour, if I start a thread, please do not comment on it at all. If you feel the need to say something, start your own!
GlennMiller lighten up. It's banter not long winded debates. Tell you my view don't need many words. We are two natural full backs & a left wide player away from going up automatic. Back to 4-5-1 with Lindsay holding midfield we'll not be an easy touch. Weighed in!
I made mistake of reading a few lines to be honest my tinnitus is more exciting. Carry on gwru if you want to reply to any post go for it. As far as I concerned this site is not for a few self chosen elite they need to get out more.
I believe warne wants a top two finish because it will allow the club longer to prepare for the next season knowing what league they will be playing in.

And it guarantees promotion. The playoffs are a lottery. Plus it's what he gets paid for, its good for his career, he probably gets a bonus and he takes pride from achievement because that's what people do. But your point is a fair one - the playoffs leave you hanging in the sense that you dont know what league to prepare for and they eat into preparation time.
