I must know more about music and football Ronnie Lane was the bass player in the Faces. A little tit bit for you Ian Mclagan the keyboard player got Bruce Springsteen his first recording contract.

In my humble opinion, Rod Stewart at his best with the Faces surrounded by top musicians the leader being Ronnie Lane.
