smiler I support the club. I don't like Warney's style of management. It's like being back at school, he's got some sort kids football game in now were they train. I'm glad I'm not there tonight same on MM some are brainwashed. I want us to win tonight, I want us to get automatic promotion but with some attitude, intent call it what you like not running away to the away dugout picking the side on merit not the old pals act that won't work in the championship.

The question you cannot answer GWRU is whether or not the team is picked on merit, because you are not part of the setup. You do not know the ins and outs of the training/practice games, what players are carrying knocks, the general confidence/mental attitude of the players at any time etc. Players are not chess pieces, they are only human and subject to all the imperfections that we all have. You are of course entitled to your opinions, but your constant I know better attitude just highlights the fact that you don't.

Unifier correct. TC both. I'll be hoping for my side tonight. Want us to be the best we can be. At the moment that's top of league 1. Let's see were we are next season before we can plan for that.

And with that thought in mind, I'm just leaving for a few pints in the Strugglers (best pub in Lincolnshire) after which I might be able to understand gwru's comment? Thanks again to Daft Miller for the ticket. I got a call from the Red and White shop a couple of hours ago offering me another ticket. Bit like London buses!!

C'mon you Reds!!

Old pals act again. Wiles at left back. May as well have kept Lamy if we've got to start with Adelakun.

Why keep playing Crooks. He's rubbish. Only gets a game cos of the old pals act. No doubt the brief highlights will show that the goal was lucky.

How many lucky goals is that this season that he's scored. That 30 yard chip over the keeper a few weeks ago was a total fluke.

Get the fewk in, most important three points of the season against very awkward opposition.

Southend didn't find them awkward last week. Delighted with the win great to be 6 points clear at the top of the table. What is the definition of of a real fan someone who can go to an away match and stand up for ninety minutes. Is it one who goes to every home game every season through thick and thin. I will let the great and good on this site decide.

I'd bet Southend would beg to differ, they have struggled all season, and full due to them for starting to turn things round.

3pts result accomplished. I just don't want us to bodge our way there for when we play the better sides. Warney he's still got me baffled when he puts McDonald on before Lindsay. Can't say how we've played cause I haven't been.

Teams that win league's get three points when they aren't playing well, last two games we have been mediocre but we are grinding out the results, you cannot fault that. No mattock and another clean sheet, it is not a coincidence and when a young midfielder plays better as a left back than mattock well what can you say. Great result keep it up Millers

gwru - without doubt, you are absolutely mindless. How many times do I have to tell you that Lindsay has personal issues before it will sink in???!!!!!

I'll give you a starter for 10 TH - a real Rotherham fan is someone who doesn't sit in his comfy armchair, spouting nonsense about how the manager is only playing his mates - old pals act! Even you must be able to understand that?

Gutsy performance tonight against a decent side who are very strong at home. No bad performances just lots of character. My MOM Adelakun. Some silky skills on view there. A couple of times ghosting past two or three defenders and making them look silly. What with that big lump Crooks.getting his tenth of the season, from a tremendous Vassell cross it's another great night for Warneys Boys. Theres a reason gwru that you dont get the selections and substitutions. It's because you havent got a bloody clue. Eight wins in nine league games should be telling you that Warney has. Up.the Millers!

Just watched sky highlights. They don't lie. Would say on clear chances for 2 games running it's gone our way. I'm not knocking it just I want us to win when we don't need luck. It weren't so more luck tonight they didn't take their chances. Nicely taken headed goal by Crooks.

Well done for watching the highlights. What doesn't lie is watching the whole game! Would it stick in your throat too much to at least admit we won a tough away fixture? At least you'll be free to concentrate fully on your team away at Barnsley tomorrow. Tell me I'm wrong!?
