Game today when we nearly went bust our team captain was Graham Coughlan I thought at the time he handled the situation in a proper manner. Some of you on this site were not going or hardley went at that time. There were players who went without being paid show him a bit of respect I will.

Coughlan won't be there he's now Mansfield manager. I don't show my appreciation to many of our former players but will JCH.

Coughlan was a good player for us. I'm happy to show him lots of respect. I'm not so sure Bristol Rovers fans would agree though. Good luck to Graham and Mansfield Town away at Plymouth today.

I dont wish any ill on Clarke-Harris.  His goalscoring record with us was poor.  We (Warne) did right by him giving him a contract extension after he suffered a bad injury and unfortunately JCH wasnt able to make the most of that opportunity, nor the one at Coventry, but he seems to have done well so far at Rovers.  He can certainly be a handful when he is interested. He can have a goal today as long as we get the three points.

Last league goal in open play by JCH was against us in September. He has scored a couple of penalties in the league and a goal from open play in the cup against Bromley. He is hardly on fire and has been suffering from some niggling little injuries. If he is the main danger then we have not a lot to worry about imo. He will be up for it but i fancy Wood and Ihiekwe to take care of him.

4-9 on Roth U to win today. I expect us to. Might not with the starting line up. Home games we won't get as much room. Adelakun got to be considered a risk, got to be a reason he didn't get near the Bristol City side.

Just a wild stab in dark, but could it be that his parent club are in the Championship?

Adelakun he was like Pringle for us before Evans got here in a cupboard somewhere. What I've read he was training with their under 23's. But I've heard their fans say he's never got over his bad injury.

Very predictable that you'd be on his case before you've seen him kick a ball. I can just imagine your tantrum if he starts and your boy Lamy doesn't

Lamy won't start, could be on the bench. I've got an open mind about Adelakun could be another Pringle. Another thing won't help playing him on the left, from what I can gather he's right sided. But not sure about that I can't remember him at all from S****horpe play-off semi-finals both legs away leg was on sky. I can remember away leg not being memorable at all from both sides.

That's what gets me about Warney. McDonald on the bench, why? No future in that.

Jch was garbage today a big lump arguing and swearing at his own players can we now get gwru to shut up about him please. Wiles was absolutely class playing left back and showed great skill and ability. Wonderful second half poor first half, basic really get our wide players into the game and we look a different team. Feels very good at the moment well done to players and management. I will be very disappointed if we do not try to strengthen that left sided defence very little depth there

Adelakun two good passes out for our 1st 2 goals but limited pace & I don't like players on the left who are totally right footed. Lamy when he came on all I can say is get him tied up on a long contract, he's got it. Wiles did ok but against a better side especially away? 2nd half alot better. Ogbene a constant threat that half crossing improved. We need cover at the back especially on the left side. Would say 6.5 out of 10 performance. Yes Jonno didn't cover himself in glory today.

Yeah but it is a poor league 1 this season is'nt it. Goal difference 22, bah not so hot when you consider who we've been playing against should be more. Hope we get a more testing game next week then I'll judge. Its what I see. Tell me different.

gwru spot on as usual Lamy give him a 2 year contract A STAR IS BORN. No 14 did ok not a lot of pace but I can't fault him. Ist half poor 2nd half when we were faster they couldn't live with it. We are living the dream until the next game.

Well I don’t think we’d have won that a couple of months ago. Especially after a slow ish first half against a side who would have been happy with a 1-0 defeat so it just shows the improvement we’ve made recently to up the gears and we took them apart. It was job done after the second went in.

Ogbene unplayable and Vassell was powerful and direct, he’s proving me wrong at the minute.

Spot on C. We've struggled against teams like B.Rovers earlier in the season (Tranmere, Lincoln, Rochdale) and not had the guile to break them down. It's becoming ever more apparent that Warne's half-time team talks are having a real effect on the team and today was no exception. Some really good performances - right across the back, virtually flawless. In midfield Barlaser and Crooks work really well together with the outlets to Ogbene and Howdyalikehim. Adelakun has some nice touches and he was more effective in the 2nd half when he played the game more simply. Smith and Vassell worked hard and took their goals well. If only Vassell had a good first touch he'd be invaluable. In the first half he missed 2 great opportunities to set Ogbene free through poor control and slow distribution. But I'm not going to knock his goalscoring ability!

Olosunde had his best game for us and he was my MoM, although any of the back four could have had it.

Apart from Oxford, the top 8 all won today, so our's was a key victory. I don't fancy Wycombe to last in the top 6 but there are some decent side circling.

Finally, JCH did nothing more or less than I expected of him. Moody, irritated, missed a sitter in the 1st half and watched play going on around him. Never has or will make it with his attitude.

Not too much to say about the game today. A job well done. I thought Olosunde was brilliant and we have found a gem in Ogbene. Wiles did admirably at left back. Can he do it away against a better team? Well, he already has done last week, but he is an emergency stand-in so hopefully he won't have to again. On JCH, there was a passage of play when we were 2-0 up when Smith chased the ball all across their back line and got a challenge in. The ball eventually fell towards JCH who put a half hearted effort before waving his arms around a bit towards his team mate. Somebody next to me said that Smith has half the talent of JCH but is twice the player, and I thought that summed it up perfectly.
