Just popped up on Twitter we are interested in signing Luke Hyam from Southend 28 a midfielder. I know you can't believe everything on there but some of it is true.

Let's hope so because unfortunately some of the loan players haven't delivered . But again I think that's down to Warne not knowing who is best side and formation to play is. Players can't get settled as he picks and drops some of them but.players get picked no matter how they played. Palmer is a player who I rated but was never given a proper chance despite a certain poster opinion of him as he was played in the wrong position with vaulks been preferred in that role and I believe he would be a better.player in that position the with current players filling that role.

Luke Hyam we had him on loan think under Evans. Another who had a bad injury before then. Another risk, no from me. Palmer can't be in the manager's plans else he wouldn't have sent him out on loan. Lindsay not available so not many options in midfield. Need 3 in there against the better sides.

We are going to have problems over the xmas period a few injuries more and we are knackered. I can't see our manger bringing Palmer back not one of his tea boys. I think it is going to be a rough ride the rest of this month and January doesn't look easy.

Can't be no ins or outs till January. Oxford 11th jan if there are any additions then. Palmer had no impact at all. Forget him. Tizer today Grant Ward Warney still wants him here. Another risk. I've asked this before whose accountable for wages paid for nothing ie McDonald.

I didn't mind Matt Palmer but he didn't pull many trees up is the truth. He is in and out of the Bradford side in League Two. He would be another body in the building but would he improve the side? I'm not so sure. Neither am I sure it has anything to do with tea, but that's an easy (if very predictable and extremely boring) thing to wheel out for the millionth time so to be expected.

Jerry Yates is a more interesting dilemma. He did well at Carlisle and has done really well at Swindon in League Two, which suggests he might do ok in League One given the chance. He has apparently played up front and also in a wider position. His contract is up in the Summer. He tends to divide opinion does Yates. He isn't a frilly kind of player but he definitely has a good work ethic. He didn't score many goals for us but never had an extended run in the team. When he did come into the side last time we were in League One it coincided (or not) with an upturn in results. He will score goals at league one/two level given a run because he is a hard worker and decent finisher.

I don't see Palmer as a worthwhile option. With Yates, on balance I think it might be time for him to make a permanent move away but he clearly has a professional career ahead of him which is great.
