Trying to be neutral here, but Lamy isnt nearly the player Adelakun is. I remember the Lamy cross against Donny. It was a good cross. But I also remember Adelakuns crossfield ball to Cheo which set up a goal on his home debut, his left foot thunderbolt that forced Peterborough's keeper into a great save (might not have made the short highlights gwru but it was a sweet strike from 25 yards tipped over the bar) and his right foot thunderbolt against Ipswich that hit the bar. Three notable highlights in four appearances. He has got a left foot. He isnt as quick as Lamy but is much stronger. Lamy looked like a boy in mens football during his brief cameos in my opinion. Very easily knocked off the ball. You are judging him gwru on the basis of one right footed cross in a reserve game. The penalty shout at Peterborough was actually mis-hit off his left foot. It was arguably handball but it shouldn't have hit the first man at all and it wasnt going anywhere. I have never seen any evidence of a left foot. Hope he does well at Wimbledon. The experience will do him good. I just dont think he was going to add anything to out promotion push just yet.
smiler Lamy he's got it. We've give it away. Adelakun not for me. See whose proved right. I'm not going to keep repeating myself. See were we are next season.
The instant judgement was made before you had seen him kick a ball in a Rotherham shirt, wasn't it. You didn't want him because the chances were that he would be in front of golden boy Lamy in the pecking order, as has proved to be the case.
So, out of your three boys who had something, one hasn't been seen since playing for North Ferriby United on loan, one has left by mutual consent, and the third has gone on loan to the mighty Wimbledon. I take it that you were right in each case, and Warney was wrong.
GlennMiller Koroma hope it works, want it to. Adelakun he's same as Vassell to me a nearly player. I don't rate Ladapo at all so hoping Koroma can step up. We've still got Clarke & McDonald who will be happy to pick a wage up but bring nothing to the side. Lamy he was just coming through don't know why he's gone, can't work it out. He can even cross on the left with his left foot. On right wing against Donny in that micky mouse cup he put best cross I've seen all season one touch to the outside in with his right foot straight on Morris's head who managed to head it straight at their keeper. Natural talent but Warney I don't know what he wants. Same with Lindsay he can play in the championship but he plays Crooks instead who we know can't. Know we are top of the league but I haven't seen a good side at the New York all season. I reckon if Koroma works out we are in pole position automatic promotion but I'm thinking championship next season.
GWRU " I don't rate Ladapo at all"... I try not to bite at your posts, indeed have agreed with you a few times, but saying our top scorer and today's match winner is someone you don't rate is just as stupid as it could possibly get... sorry , but it simply is... just stick to general comments mate about the games, don't try ALL the time to be controversial, is so ******* tiresome... and makes you look a complete nobhead
Today was not good enough this team is not ready for the championship. Quinn was the best player on the pitch by a country mile and he is in the veteran stage of his career. Midfield was woeful you can't give the ball away and leave all of that room any team will break your defence down. He had to put three in midfield in the end to stem Burton's attack who did the take off no14 jury is out at the moment with him with me. We got away with it great run we are on if we play like that it will come to an an abrubt end.

TH - you're always quick to slag off anyone on this site who offers any support to our manager. So be prepared to take as good as you give. What the hell is this statement supposed to mean?! I knocked out better prose and spelling in playschool. If you're going to try and make a point, please try and compose some understandable sentences!
If you can't understand my message lay of the green tea. Even your great leader is as miserable as sin after that performance you know why we were not good enough. Even he recognises he got it wrong very lucky to win. I do agree Lapado did his job scored a great goal but if he dosn't that is it.Smith is our best striker by miles scored 12 goals plus his hold up play. There are some of you on this site who look at things through Warney rose tinted glasses. Burton were the better team sat in the dressing room after the match thinking how did we lose that one.
Tell you what though. The league table looks pretty good to me, even with or without my rose tinted glasses. Yesterday's game wasn't a push over, we didn't expect it to be; Burton are are pretty decent outfit with some good experienced players, Quinn being one of them and it showed yesterday. In addition we had the Ipswich game last tuesday which must have effected the sharpness. I would agree Burton fans would be feeling as though they were worth a point at least, but thats the way the game goes; you win some you lose some.
TH, top of the league with 3 points clear and a far superior goal difference and won more games than anyone else and you and your alter ego sill say its not good enough. Jeeze man what is wrong with you? Youre just as bad as the wednesday fans on radio dee dar yesterday.
