I'm not sure about Tilt. Why isn't he playing for Blackpool? 29 start of next season. Will he be good enough for the championship if we get there.

He's refused to sign a new contract. Hence why he's not been playing. Always happy to help.

Sorry, didn't read all of your post. He's currently 28, which is slightly less almost 30 than 29.

Is it true then is Warney leaning towards signing Tilt. Very poor joke but I couldn't help it.

Fee about £100k.

Good business for me, Robertson injured again so need more cover.

If true, I think that would be a great signing.... and another sign we are starting to get our transfer dealings done much better...

The Tilt transfer might be on there is a bit of a Twitter storm about it. Another player popped up Harry Chapman 22 winger/midfield from Blackburn see what happens tomorrow.

If Blackpool don't sell Tilt today they will get no fee at all and will have an unhappy player on the payroll and on their hands for a few months. That's how it works. I'm sure almost everyone on here gets that. Arsenal got nothing for Ramsey who, if under contract, probably had a market value of several tens of millions. It was up to Blackpool to do more to protect their asset when they had the chance, but ultimately players can let contracts run down if they so choose. Equally, Blackpool don't have to sell him today if they don't want to.

There shouldn't be any rush to get players in to play tomorrow. I doubt any new signing would be thrown straight in anyway, even if they are signed in time.

Was impressed with Tilt when he played against us. Quick and aggressive should do ok for us.

Blackpool have taken a fair hit on what we agreed with them in the summer but that’s the chance you take when a player doesn’t agree a new contract.

Andy Giddings mentions Thiam winger from Barnsley but he's another right sided player plays on the left. Got them.

Rumour is we can't agree wages with Tilt and first choice winger doesn't want to come. Wait for the " just couldn't get it over the line " statement. This repeated shambles is what will drive Warne away. Suppose there's still time !!

doesn't sound right as we bid £500K+ for him (Tilt) in Summer, that pays for a lot of wages if we got him for £100k instead... anyway, worried too that nothing is annouced, but still hopeful...
