Kyle Vassell, Ogbene and now Matt Olosunde all have hamstring injuries.
Impact injuries you can’t do much about but we are getting far too many muscular injuries. What are they doing in training and does it need a big review on the fitness/medical side of the club.
It’s ok blitzing the players up hills pre season and in training most days but it looks like we are over training.
Some one agreeing with me about the Germamy trip apart from injuries the squad look lethargic. The players could have gone for a nice amble around Clifton Park would not be any fitter than they seem to be now.
Be careful with this, I questioned this and got slaughtered it is just bad luck apparently as we have an outstanding fitness and medical team or so some think.
According to the star a lot more players injured only 11 players available to train earlier this week. All pulls and tweaks
It's not right is it...
Played footy all mi life, and years ago , some tough Sunday league games where teams like Maltby main used to kick you up in the air for 90 mins (that was just a 'strong tackle' those days)... I'm not saying it's the same in 2019 in the EFL - but the point I'm making is that we should not have so many with injuries when playing football keeps you fit - not gets you injured - on the whole.
Summat is not right... (do players not want to play ?, is there a wider issue ?, happy players play through most injuries in my opnion, hamstrings excepted)
I'm not liking the way this season is going, hope it turns around soon....
