Warney still got the gig. Didn't learn much today. Won't meet a weaker side all season. Wiles pick of the goals. Next two games will tell us more.

No surprise there then. If only Warne would listen to the gruesome twosome it would have eight.

a 6-1 is a good win no matter how poor the opposition is, well done to the players today their heads did not drop when they went behind. The wiles goal was outstanding, that lad is a quality player as is Lindsey, even Crooks played better today except some sill passing at the back. I said Morris was the business, yet again the headers he won. Went home with a smile.

Negatives, fans leaving so early, what do they do where are they in a rush to go, pathetic.
Smith - Oh dear what has happened to him, played down the middle so none of the playing him wide not working. His control was poor, gave the ball away constantly, he was bad.

Well done to everyone at the club, need to follow it up

Poor old Brad why can't you enjoy the win same as usual. Same old boring tirade but if it makes you happy I am happy also me and gwru aim to please. Congratulations to the millers for the win i honestly hope it is the start of a good run. Man of the match for me was Morris. Goal of the season so far Wiles it turned the match for us. The opposition apart from the first 5 minutes were a bunch of strangers but you can only beat what is in front of you. I am not used to winning at home it makes a nice change.

I really don't know how you have the cheek TH to criticise anybody. This is what you said a few days ago. ' Looking in my paper pools predictions, they give us a 3-0 win. Have they been on the funny fags. My prediction is 2-0 or 2-1 defeat'. You have said we have no midfield, the manager is next door to useless, etc, etc.

Well today we went down to a well worked early goal and i am sure the knives were out for Warney and the gang, especially after last weeks capitulation in yours and others negative eyes.. This was Keith Hill's team who know how to beat the lilly livered millers. I bet you couldn't wait to get home and tell us how bad this team and that good human being Warne is.

Hold on a minute this young pacey team started to believe they were much better than this patched up, thrown together set of ordinary youngsters and journey men (Bridcutt Apart who was good). We attacked with pace and soon had them on the back foot, so much so that we went in at half time 3-1 in front. The second half was a cake walk and 6-1 hardly reflected the total dominance of us.

Now, i am not going over board about today's victory as i thought we only had to turn in a half decent performance to beat this lot ( i did say we would win 3 or 4-0). However, there was some strong performances out there. Olosunde after being caught out early responded and had a great game. The other three at the back did well. Our midfield three all had good games and carried the ball well and posed a threat. Morris was outstanding in my opinion and has more to offer as a central striker than Smith on today's showing. Hastie is class and will win us games. Ladapo has a trick but will miss more than he scores. as long as he is in positions to score that's fine by me.

Gwru is correct when he says the next two games will tell us more. However, we have to praise the lads today. This was a banana skin which many on here were hoping we would slip up on. A point on Tuesday would be some return. We should go there with confidence. UTM.

Good to get a home win and really good that Ladapo got on the score sheet again and at home.

only to be expected given their dire cir***stance but its a much-needed win and at a time when the league will start to show the first signs of the rummers and riders.

For this Miller's team its still going to be one game at a time until we can see some form one way ot the other. The BW goal was him at his best and apart from Smith who I was feeling sorry for over the last several games I thought there was a lot of good football and much improved going forward. Smith, well like I mentioned many moons ago I think he might be the odd man out this year. Ive got to stop feeling sorry for him. He flourished when he had one simple but very demanding task against quality opposition last year. It looks like now he is simply still doing Judo wehn the rest of the team want to practice Karate.

Smith and Ladapo’s link up was very good. Ladapo unlucky not to get a hat trick.

Think if Morris and Hastie played the full 90 we’d have got a few more goals.

Only negative was Smith when he came on, looked like a pub player who’d been out on the lash the night before.
