Jolly well hope they are right.

5 seasons since last encounter and virtually identical records with 26 to The Millers and 24 for Tranmere.

They had a fabulous run in the 90s when one John Aldridge was banging goals in for fun...Im not sure who holds the record for playoff defeats but Tranmere lost a few in the 90s when the premier league was created.

Not sure how we will play today still team building. The match on Wednesday was a better performance my only concern is that we can't score at home. This 433 is not working systems work when you have the players who can make it work. When you see Smith toiling away on the wing it doesn't work his best position is up front. I don't think we will start to see the best of this squad until 10 matches in. Just seen a snifter on Twitter we could be bringing Emanuel back.

Warney he's same as last season compared with Evans so dull. Unchanged. Another boring day at the New York. I didn't like Evans the man but he could set a side up.

That was awful yet again warnes tactics how you lot can defend him is beyond me. Scored in 73 min and he goes defensive and puts mattock on. Good points lindsey looks good

Keep saying it Warney hasn't got the balls to make decisions. Should have started with a recognised left back but the manager keeps Wood in the side. Not saying Wood played bad but Robertson he's better. Agree Lindsay once he got into the game looked like there's more to come. New winger showed up well at times, will need games to get match sharp. But it was a disappointing performance. Got while Monday evening to get players in. Winger on loan will be welcome. Do you think we need a holding midfielder in? McDonald was brought in to do that job but can't be up to it else he'd be playing.

Amazing really that Paul Warne is the manager of Rotherham United and you're not when you clearly have the balls to sit on your sofa and use your anonymity on the internet to slag off Paul Warne in particular and the club in general ad nauseum. Andy you still can't understand why you got banned from Millersmad? COS PEOPLE ARE SICK OF YOU BANGING THE SAME EFFIN DRUM DAY AFTER DAY, MONTH AFTER MONTH YEAR AFTER YEAR!. Please give it a rest!!!!!

TC yr just a keyboard follower. I can't call you a fan. You don't go. You've got your reasons but I don't want people coming on here who don't see us play. Was never told why I was banned by MM. I'm my own man. Warney he's lucky to still be our manager. TS of a few years ago before the failures of managers he got in would have pulled the trigger by now.

I applaud Warne attacking formation ? But he seems unable to change things but it's.obvious 4 3 3 isn't working at home None of the strikers are getting service I m drifting to 4 4 2 with Smith ladapo up front But Warne is stubborn.

We played 442 for 75 minutes today after being forced into it by Vassell's injury. The ref was diabolical but that isn't why we only drew. We just weren't good enough and to be honest I dont think we deserved to win. Whether we think it's going to be easy in league one or whether it's a case of still trying to find the right formula I dont know, but teams are going to come and spoil, waste time and make things difficult. We need to work harder and move the ball quicker, and we need players to step up and get a grip on games. Lots to work on. Seven points from 4 games isn't a disaster by any means but we still look very much like a work in progress.

The football we are playing at the moment is boring we seem to lack any confidence and that comes from the manager. We will not get anything at donny then the knives will really be out. I hate saying this but I don't enjoy going to the NYS at the moment where is the spark no energy people around me are also feeling the same get it sorted.

At the moment luck is not with us or do you make your own luck? Their goal was definitely out before the ball was played in. You aren't going to like what I'm going to say but if we get two wingers in I'd go back to 4-5-1. Barlaser Lindsay Wiles midfield 3. Smith he's got the shirt as the lone striker so he keeps it but he's got to deliver or loses it.

To me they looked nervous and edgy again from the off. Simple throw ins to feet and back to the thrower went wrong half a dozen times and then players stopped showing for them. We were giving cheap free kicks away towards the end which gave them the chance to pile people forwards and lump it in. Those are basic things that the players on the field have to be able to sort out. It needs people to put their hands up, put the hard work in and get the basics right. I'm sure if we do that we have enough quality to do well in this division. I think theres a certain amount of expectation and impatience from the home crowd that doesn't help but I get that the players need to give them something to feed off. That's a catch 22. I think the overall feeling from supporters, players and management team alike is utter frustration.

Has no-one mentioned Ogbene??? He looks a real find. If he can play like that every game, he'll create some of the chances we need.

Id like to see us keep going with 2 or 3 strikers and see if we can make it work, but the most worring thing for me is that we don't create anything from our midfield.

I'm not getting too bothered just yet, I thought we played OK at Burton, and against the Owls and we were unlucky again today not to get three points, but in the whole game I think we had two shots on target.

We need to find a way to put the ball infront of Smith and Ladapo in the box, we're not doing that at all at the moment.

We shouldn't need to rely on the ref, but another shocker... sighs

Off to Donny next week, I'd take a point now...
