Ĺooks as as if Mr Evans is signing a few decent players I think they will be one of the dark horses next season I will always support my team I am not expecting much mid table at best we should have changed manager in May we wanted a complete turn round you can call me what you want the dark clouds are looming over NYS despondent Miller.

Evans is history. Warney still got my doubts. He releases players like JCH & Dom Ball who are better than some of the players still here. In tizer today says we have given Forde his final offer. Why? Along with Newell they were the worst of wingers last season. Said this end of last season Phil Parkinson. Always rated him. Couldn't do nothing at Bolton.

Matter of opinion. You & GWRU should have your own website.

But we don't know something significant. Or maybe we do have an idea?

The players offered renews surely will only be done so because the targets we have within our budget and wage structure just aren't as good...that surely would be common sense? Otherwise why give a deal to Forde if you can go and get XYZ because club wont be able to resist our undisclosed fee and player will be getting far more in our wage structure than one at present.

People still need to remember when it comes to resources we are mid table L1 club, unfashionable, geographically not desirable and surrounded by clubs can offer more, and when I mean surrounded I'm talking lots of clubs within a 60 mile radius. We play in a nice stadium we rent...so what...so have Coventry and they're on a different scale.

Money is not there again so we will have to make do, thankfully we have excellent coaches and a manager who believes in coaching and development.

As a fan and supporter, if you see those employed by the club are doing their upmost for the cause, even when its 3 degress, hammering down with rain on a dark night in S****horpe...how can we complain? We make the effort, they make the effort....that's surely all we can ask? I've had this ethos ever since booing them off at Fleetwood at half time away in the FA Cup years ago and I think that's the last I recall coming away thinking if they can't be arsed then neither can I.

What I can't grasp about keeping Forde. Start of last season he couldn't even get on the bench, Warney tried to loan him out at the end of the summer window. Didn't, he got back in the side hardly over the rest of the season justified giving him another contract. Warney is on about how well his two signings so far this new season coming up will fit in the dressing room even though between them they haven't played 1st team football for 3 years. He's playing happy families. It's if new players do the business on the pitch that matters. On the plus side if we get him Lamy just watched him on u tube. Got some size & scope about him. All right foot so we need a natural left sided forward in.

Not bothered about Gillingham. In an ideal world they would finish bottom but I'm not going to waste too much time or energy worrying about them.

Gwru, Vassell is left footed and apparently so is Carlton Morris.  I don't necessarily agree that a left winger has to be left footed.  The only team to ever go unbeaten over a Premier League season had a right footed left winger (Pires or Ljundberg) and a right footed striker who scored sack fulls of goals cutting in from the left (Henry).  There is more than one way to skin a cat.

Keeps coming up about Paul Warne being a front runner for the Hull job l have no idea how much truth there is in it then again nothing surprises me in football if it were to happen it would leave us in the lurch need a statement from the club to tell us what the position is it is the wrong time to make the change what chance does a new manager have dosn't know any of the players that change should have done April/,May.

More chance of me winning lotto than Warney being a championship manager.

I like Evans for what he is. He gets the job done and leads like an ignoble warrior-fair enough-His style and ethos is of course well known to all footballers that sign for him and those of the chairman that employ him.

His signings are usually very interesting and often stretch the resources of the club.

People have to remember resources wise we are a mid table league 1 club???? Sorry but that is rubbish, we're easily top 6 resources wise if not top 4 at this level. Also we're surrounded by clubs within a 60 mile radius who can offer more than us, who are these clubs that play in league 1? If you're referring to Owls, Blades, Leeds even Barnsley etc, that's a daft statement because they're not playing in our league. We've just beat Sunderland and Portsmouth in signing the lad from Plymouth and that says a lot about we're we are at right now at this level.

I've said a few times before there's hope with Warney,, he's gradually getting shut of players not good enough. See players we get in then I'll judge, right players good age think we'll be a good bet to go straight back up. Keeper, younger Right back. Centre back, midfielder & two wide players we'll be competitive at the least.
