In another galaxy and way off topic, the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 will take place at the Expo Tel Aviv in Tel Aviv, Israel and will consist of two semi-finals on 14 and 16 May and the final on 18 May 2019.
Cheapest tickets £427 with limited/restricted view. Tickets for Golden Circle close to stage with unrestricted view £1,081. Forget about the carbon footprints created for all these events. Go for it!

Here we go Arsenal v Chelsea in the Europa League Final, 29th May 2019 at the
Baku Olympic Stadium, Baku, Azerbaijan.
Where else could they hold the final? Each club has been allocated 6,000 tickets for the game.

For all the Arsenal and Chelsea fans living in Rotherham, there are currently no flights to Baku in the week of the Final.

The cheapest way to get from London to Baku is by bus and train which costs £130 - £210 and takes 4 days 4h. There is no direct train from London to Baku. However, there are services departing from London St. Pancras International and arriving at Baku-Pass via Brussels Midi-Zuid, Köln Hbf, Berlin Hbf, Warszawa Centralna and Kiev Pass. The journey, including transfers, takes approximately 3 days 23h.

Hope the information will help.
