You are very quiet tonight nothing to complain about. Onto the match we had to dig deep rode our luck at times if we had lost a mountain to climb I bet Millwall are getting worried. Robertson my man of the match when Wiles came on he made a difference for us that young man oozes class he is our future the 2 passes to set those 2 goals up in a different league. Mention in dispatches Iki no nonsense defending but he has got a bit of pace Jones another good game. BELIEVE.

Warney hasn't lost it! Got my doubts keep playing Forde. Wiles I've said from the 1st time I saw him he's got it. Keep playing him now. Williams is not in the game on the left. He's our best right winger. Is Newell fit? Hinds he was as good as Wiles when I 1st saw them both. I'd sooner see Hinds involved than Forde. If we are going to stop up can't have players like Forde in the side who doesn't contribute anything. Enjoy the win. Got to get it right at Bramall Lane next Saturday, can't carry no passengers there.

That's the worst we've played for a while but such a timely win. I thought Blackburn were good. Robertson continued his great form and Ihiekwe isn't doing a lot wrong. Wiles was excellent when he came on and him and Crooks are probably ahead of Towell now. I haven't seen it back but that ball was in the air an awful long time before they put it in for the equaliser - it looked to me like Rodak had time to get out and deal with it. That decision making is still a weakness in his game. But take a lot of positives from today. Yet again we've scored goals. At the moment that isn't really a problem for us. Keeping the ball better so that we don't come under waves of pressure is the problem. We've dragged Wigan and Millwall back into it and look well clear of the bottom two. We have a tough run of games ahead but so do the others. It was a really good afternoon.

If I am at all like Joe average then I suspect most of us are worn out.

I must admit to the feeling we have been relegated quite some time ago, and I haven't changed my mind despite an excellent run of form over the last several games.

I appreciate the fantastic effort and even the football we are playing (incredible honest-which might be the rarest of qualities in life). However, Im also a little disappointed that PW and co have not seen the changes needed soon enough. I feel that I and many others have seen the development of the team throughout the season several weeks ahead of the changes needed. I dont think this is completely accurate or fair to say, but it does bear some reflection. That being said, I think PW has had a tough job and is privy to training insights, fitness issues and injuries that the once a week fan cant hope to appreciate.

Let us not forget that the fans aren't stupid, and despite today's win we have endured an awful season and results and endless game scenarios that are as predictable as Many city beating the under 5s badly bruised Banana team, which has only just got out of a container after 10 days in cold dark storage and then been tossed and bossed about for another 18 hours to reach the grubby packing hangers in deepest East Anglia where they are tossed and fingered further by local Brethren that occasionally devour said hapless and exhausted banana. Imagine the trauma of surviving the sea crossing only to see your chums occasionally disappear down one of Delia's congregational throats. There's no good outcome.

So, Lets us do our best as we did today-both fan and player-, but lets us not lose our sensibility and ability to stand back with a reasoned judgement.

I did have a peek at Wigans remaining fixtures and it did give me occasion for a wry smile. Still, we will see.

Escape would be the Greatest Escape easily equalling that of the God Neil Warnock. Alas, I think we have a young Achilles at the moment and not an Odin or Zeus.

Wasn't at the game today - away - but chuffed with result, even if we had to sweat after 93 min.. again.

We are not done yet, now 3 other teams in the mix after today's results, no longer a two team shoot out ... undeaten in 6, should be 2 points more from Owls game.. but still in a fight... not over yet...

We were dog sh it today & won which makes a pleasant change from when we played well & drew/lost in most of the season. It was great to see the whole crowd respond to Warnie's gee up gesture. MASSIVE praise to Ihekwe who has been immense since he came back into the side & was my MOM today.

Great result from a average performance. The defence looks good except rodak who is way off form and scares the defence with his uncertainty. Wiles was excellent and we got away with poor first team selection, forde is not good enough and for home games is a very defensive selection. Warne did well with his substitutions although the 2nd one was forced on him by injury to Towell. Overall 6 unbeaten and still in with a chance

Wilder & Knill were at the match we are just making it look like we are easy to beat you watch next week that first away win is coming. I am in a happy clapper mood. Agree with Brad the miller iki has been very impressive in the last 2 home games that's what we need he might be a bit industrial at times but I love it when he just clears the ball into row z in our situation that's what we need.

I agreed with you Derby (again!) about Forde. Forde is probably the 'safe' choice but Williams would always be in my starting eleven if fit. He is our 'wild card' and is a confidence player so it was great to see him on the scoresheet. I thought Taylor was ineffective but their left back Amari Bell is like greased lightning so that neutralised Taylors main asset. In fact Taylor was having to work very hard to track back with Bell a d keep pace with him, although to Taylors credit he put the work in. I'm not sure Towell was injured when he came off. He clearly got a knock before half time but was moving OK in the second half. Post match Warne said he changed it because he needed 'more legs' and better passing in there, and I thought Towell was poor to be honest and the game largely passed him by. Vaulks isnt always composed on the ball so we need that third midfielder to be busy and creative, and although I generally like Towell I don't think he's doing enough at the moment to keep Wiles and Crooks out.

Warney he's shown enough loyalty to his players but now if we are going to get out of this got go on ability. I've said from day 1 when I was on MM Forde & Taylor were never wingers. Forde wouldn't even be on the bench for me, he's so average got no drive about him. Taylor we can't play him were he should be playing, but keep him on the bench. There's a goal in him. Our problem still is the left hand side. Williams I keep saying I want him on the right wing were he can run at full backs on the outside. That's when he's a threat. If Newell isn't fit to start play Wiles there. He's got the ability to play anywhere across the middle. Wiles he's got to start now, could be the player to keep us up.

A big three points for us yesterday from a very ordinary performance. I can't remember their goalkeeper having much to do, but credit to us we got three in the net. I thought three of the five across the middle were very poor. Taylor up against a very good right back, but he hardly did a thing. Towell, had no influence on the game whatsoever and his lack of pace and first touch appears to be well below championship standard. Forde out on the left was again poor.
The back four battled and competed well with Robertson being my man of the match. I am beginning to worry about Rodak and his failure to command the six yard box. The ball came down with snow on for their first goal but he still hadn't the confidence to go for it. When our defence is under the pressure as it is in most games we need some help from Rodak.
Semi, played well and took his goals really well. I felt he played much too deep in the second half and allowed their midfield too much room to run at our defence which was also too deep. Vaulks was involved in all three goals and is priceless to us. The cross for the third goal was an absolute beauty. Wiles had a great cameo appearance and ran at them to create the space for the important second goal when we had been under the cosh. He has to feature before Towell now surely.
On to Bramall Lane. The Blades biggest strength lies in their wing backs. At New York we forced them back with Taylor and Williams playing really well. Not sure if we can do that again, but we have too, to get anything from it. No way can we play Wiles on the left, he has to be in the middle with Ajayi and Vaulks. Would you trust Newell to do that sort of job wide left? We have a big problem, and with Taylor possibly out, the options are thin on the ground. We will battle like good uns wherever we go that i am sure of. UTM.

whiston01 if Wiles can't play on the left Newell or Yates. Can't play Forde. We can't just sit back at Bramall lane. Wiles agree got to play at the side of Ajayi & Vaulks. Both were immense yesterday.

The left side is a problem Gwru no doubt about it. I saw Yates against Hull and just felt he couldn't do a job in any position in the championship. I am a big fan of Newell but he is either still carrying an injury or the manager doesn't trust him to do the defensive side of the job required. I think it might be asking a lot to get anything on Saturday but i am going thinking if we can somehow push them back then we have a chance.

whiston01 Yates at Hull watched it on the red button. We tried 3-5-2, never again this season. Got to be better than Forde. Warney stick to 4-5-1 but be brave. Hope rain keeps coming for Laurena at Cheltenham. I'm on then xx

Good analysis. From many. Gotta say I think Taylor and forde do a good job. All the rest unequivocally correct. Rodak is having a mare. Surely the coach has had him. Long enough to give him confidence and ability to come Nd claim the ball but like I said before that wasn't his strong point.

Williams has a lot to prove. We can't play him without extra support. He is a liability and we don't have enough talent to support him for a full game. He is on the bench for me. Towell has to make way. Wiles and crooks to share the game. Great to see bodies s in the box in such numbers at last

Don't listen to that dumpling gwru what is the point in starting with your best team when the game gets stretched in the 2nd half what will you have to put on if we had listened to you we would have lost that game. You have to utilise your squad we won that game because it was managed better give the manager some credit he is getting the best out of the players he has got we are well organised but we do lack a bit of quality. Making my prediction WE ARE STOPPING UP WE ARE STOPPING UP !!!!!.

Hillsborough miller. No. Start with Forde or Taylor forget about getting anything at Bramall lane. Could go with your idea of playing Jones at left back with Mattock in front of him. Jones didn't do too bad at left back in the league cup game 1st round. Price, saw him in the friendly before the season started, comical watching him. Another no. Could go with Rodak; Vyner Ihiekwe Robertson Jones; Ajayi; Williams Wiles Vaulks Mattock; Smith
