Outstanding 2nd half. I take everything back regarding substitutions, that's why Warne's the manager & I'm not. Well played lads. I have absolutely no problem eating humble pie & can't wait for some more at 3pm on Saturday.

Agree I bet Warney was throwing green tea cups about at half time we just played higher up the pitch pity we don't have that natural goal scorer. I hope it's the performance that gives a kick start for the rest of the season makes a nice change to see us take the game to the opposition as we did in the second half.

Brad 1pm Saturday. Started with the wrong side/formation. Think majority agree now 4-5-1 from now. Happy with the point. Thought Towell better tonight. Vyner & Ihiekwe did nothing wrong. Williams can't have been fully fit. He's a bonus when he is. Bring on the Wednesday. Derbymiller: Warney got it wrong to start with but put it right to a degree. Give him while the end of the season before we give our verdict on him.

Just back from the game

Reminded me of the Blackpool game from last season, 1st half dire, 2nd half best I've seen us play for a long time.

It must give the players a lift.

Not much to single out in second half as it was hard to fault any of the finishing 11, we should start with that 11 on Saturday.

I think Crooks could turn out to be a good player and I think he's better than he thinks he is. He looks for a pass.. and when he tackles, the other player knows about it...

Smudge was outstanding again, he has to be worth £7M of anyone's money and twice that if he could score more...

...and don't pick on Vyner, he had a great 2nd half too, intercepting and good forward play...

Really looking fwd to Saturday now. UTM

Their first goal was so soft and a real blow. One ball over the top and Wood slow on the turn, and it looked like a long night ahead. We went with two up front from the start and couldn't get near the ball - they picked us apart at will. Credit to Warne for changing it early. Felt sorry for Yates who was no worse than anyone else but we had to change the shape of the team just to get some sort of control over it. Further credit for switching it again at half time and going to 451 for the second half. Second half we were totally dominant and in the end we might have won it. We showed real character and played some decent football at times. Very encouraging.

Humble pie been eaten But still think 451 is plan a but Warne needs to plan b and plan c during a game we have the players 4 5 1 352 4 3 3 I say 4 3 3 because although we have wingers we don't use them most of the time and play narrow

This result sets the game up this Saturday a little bit of confidence can make a big difference. The Hull game highlighted what we have to do when he fetched Taylor and Ford on we could play higher up the pitch when we do that teams don't like it managers start moaning about us which is the best compliment we can get. Must say Crooks looks to be improving showed some nice touches when he came on. We can win this weekend.

Somebody like Ben Elton ought to look at this site and make a sit com out of it. Tremendous reading.
We had the Holy Grail of two up front last night and it showed how exposed we are if we go for that set up. They just passed it around us and instead of 3.5.2. it was 5.3.2. with Hull pushing our wing backs at the side of the back three. I also feel sorry for Jerry Yates who was enjoying playing football in the 4th tier at a level that befits him. Last night, it showed this level is beyond him and only injuries and lack of financial clout has thrusted him into a situation he should be nowhere near.
I am Taylors biggest critic but i have to give him some credit last night. Came on at start of second half and made one and had a deflected shot for the other. Both had a deal of luck about them. Not a great cross that was fumbled and a massive deflection for the second. However, he gave us an outlet and he was always available to run at them.
Many people i know keep saying why can't we play like the second half last night all the time. I think the answer is obvious. The team we are playing, nine times out of ten are better than us. We have to find a way to compete against better skilled, quicker, faster thinking players. Warne has done that this season and kept us in touching distance of staying up.
From we're in for a pasting, we're going down, **** poor, pathetic embarrassing mess, give him while end of season before we give our verdict on the season to Smudge is worth 7 million. Come on Ben the characters are here let the cameras roll. Here's the happy clappers verdict. I think we will just fail to stay up, Warne has done a remarkable job and he will still be in a job at Rotherham come 2020. keep up with your thoughts it makes an old man smile.

whiston01 I'm a gambler, it's in my blood but like to think I go about it in studious way. I'm tipping we stay up. Stick to 4-5-1. It got us moving after the bad start at Brentford. Bonus last night Vyner & Ihiekwe did well, also Towell. I'd start more or less with the side from last night after Taylor & Forde came on against Wednesday. Taylor or Williams on the right. Next two games will tell us if we are going to keep clear of the bottom 3. We could be in the bottom 3 after tonight but still be in touching distance not out of sight.

Its the diversity of thought on here that makes it so entertaining gwru. We all have opinions and the knee jerk ones are sent from the heart. I look forward to what you have to say and in most areas i think we sing from the same page. Are you going to start up a Cheltenham page? Less than four weeks to go.

Just two points from last night. Watched it on the red button. Thought at first their 1st goal looked offside, it's marginal so they get the benefit of the doubt. Wood his lack of pace was evident there. Will Vaulks on twitter said outstanding performance by Zak Vyner. Agree, hope now it gives him confidence. We need his athleticism on the Right.

Cheltenham: don't think there's the interest on here to start a page. I'll put the odd tip up. Still sticking with my original Champion hrd tip Laurna. I'm undecided on the Gold cup, Presenting Percy main fancy but wary of Kemboy. I'm very selective in my selections. Won't be many. Just looked at the weights in the Grand National, one horse stands out, a winner at the Cheltenham festival a few years ago. Still only 10. Had problems, lightly raced not over burdened with weight but got to see his well being first. Always struck me as a stayer.

Who the hell on here is interested in horse racing more enjoyable doing the washing up get back to the real sport watching the mighty millers. When our great leader J C gets in its finished he will tax the people with too much money out of it. To all of you going to the match on Saturday looks like its going to be a full house for once this season get behind the team let Warney worry about the formation we will prevail.

whiston01 there's only us 2 interested in Cheltenham. Basically those 3 horses I've mentioned would be my Cheltenham tips. Gold cup main bet Presenting Percy with a safer on Kemboy. I can get interested in most sports apart from Motor sports, both codes of Rugby & Cycling. Not really bothered about flat horseracing. More interested in the EFL football than the premiership. Lv snooker, Judd Trump got knocked out of the Welsh championship this afternoon but he needs to peak again for the World championships. Like test cricket. Majors, Tennis. Masters & our open Golf. Don't get to see any World class boxing. Athletics don't mind if we have anyone good enough for the top championships, will never beat Ovett & Coe.
