Can he play tomorrow? Hope so. Got a live one. Happy. Liked his interview on the OS. Understated but seemed confident enough.

Trouble is Palmer & to a lesser extent Purrington were vastly overrated & not even approaching good enough for the Championship

Expect Palmer to leave now (S****horpe ?). Hope Vaulks isn't on his way too but it wouldn't surprise me now we've spent some money !

Left winger next. Then striker. We can't play 2 up front so be ideal if the new striker can play on the left. Be interesting when Towell comes back whose going to miss out. Hope Crooks plays today & it goes well with Vaulks & Wiles.Then if yv got the shirt deserve to keep it you do.

Matt Crooks - 6 feet 4 inches tall
Hails from Leeds and reported to be a Man Utd fan. Crooks spent some time at the Man Utd Academy.
A defensive midfielder. Sounds more like an attacking midfielder to me.
But hey, what do I know? confuse

He's certainly a big unit. Skillful and has a goal in him, and gives us some quality on the ball that we probably lack at the moment. Interesting that the issues that Northampton supporters have had with him are around his work rate and attitude - the things that Warne prizes above all. The management team must be satisfied that he will buy into the work ethic, and if he does he could be a good signing for us. Welcome and good luck.

It might just be me but has Crooks come in to take Vaulks place if a offer was to be made as we well know there is no club from around here can keep a player once agents get involved. No good blaming the club as Warney says he does not want to have that conversation with his players. Barnsley look like they are going to lose a player there manager does not want him to go but looks like he is going.
On the other side of the coin we have bought a player from Northampton Town who they did not want to lose.
Anyway welcome to Rotherham United Matt Crooks hope you do well for us seen him play U Tube could be decent I also hope we can keep our best players I can't see the chairman selling unless it is a silly price. Watch this space to see if we can get a couple of more nuggets in.

Can't have signed in time. Raggett at CH. Ajayi in midfield. Forde & Taylor playing doesn't fill me with confidence. Williams on the bench which I can't work out

Let's hope vaulks isn't going Can lose Taylor yet again missed a sitter Striker next please but I doubt it
