Only action today is from my typing finger never seen such a pathetic transfer deadline day from us.
The natives are getting restless as I have said before not much better than 2 years ago. WE are being screwed by agents they hold clubs to ransom I have come to the conclusion keep our money for next season keep the better players got a better chance of bringing players in this summer.
I disagree. We need to stop up to keep hold of Ajayi & Vaulks. Whatever next season need offload all the players not good enough for the Championship. Cause we are going to be a yo yo side. Taylor & Forde can go along with all the players we loaned out at the start of the season + Potter.
And how do you propose we manage to stay up with the squad we've got gwru? We're obviously not going to actually sign anyone so I assume you think this squad is good enough.
Anybody who thinks we will stop up stop drinking the green tea it's rotting your brain
This is the day the music died the next few months is going to be a very difficult time for us. Millwall must be just be waiting to give us a right pasting we deserve it no ambition.
I will give our manager3 more matches at most not a happy Miller.

Brad meant unless something happens in the next 4 hrs we are in the do dar with regards to stopping up. If we don't stop up Ajayi & Vaulks will be gone, at least we'll have a better chance of getting the value they are worth in the summer. Still got room for another loan in. I'm still hoping for two in. Never say never I say.

according to latest sky - ony 7 transfers in the Championship so far, 5 of which are loans.... I suppose that's just today though... but I guess we are not the only set of fans dissapointed.
I really wish they would scrap the transfer system and take it back to how it was so it would stop this 'greedy agent cattle auction' twice a year...
Can’t really get excited one way or the other. The writing has been on the wall since the play off final (actually well before then). I believe TS considers his company has loaned enough money to the club and doesn’t want to risk anymore.
Taking a wider view of things the game is blighted by the Premier League and all it has become. Millions of pounds (indirectly from the ordinary punter) pouring into a select clique of greedy clubs who share it with no one but p#ss it out in increasingly obscene wages, often to foreign players. There is a natural clamour of Championship owners to join this clique but at what cost? I will put my head on the block and say wages in the Championship are already unjustified.
Personally I think it’s madness and would like the bubble to burst. But it isn’t going to.
So we come to TS and Rotherham United. TS talks about getting value. That’s all very laudable being a one man crusade against the excesses of the Championship but the reality is quality costs (maybe daft) money. TS has decided we aren’t going to pay it. So what exactly is the point of us being in the Championship if we won’t seriously compete?
I think you're right Royston. We can't hope to thrive in the Championship without massive investment. Tony Stewart either isn't willing or able to put the required many millions in. We have no right to expect him to nor to criticise him for drawing a line. In any case FFP doesn't allow it. The Championship will always be a massive challenge for us. The best we can hope for is to fight hard and aim to stay out of the bottom three. Warnock pulled off a miracle to do it. Stubbs couldn't assemble a squad anywhere near good enough to do it. Warne is giving it a decent go. Tony Stewart's mistake in my mind is his daft talk of aiming for the Premier League. It is nonsense. He shouldn't talk the talk if he can't walk the walk. To that extent I have to agree with Brad. Warne to his credit never made any bones about what this season would be like.
i'd love to know who is doing what and how hard the club, or Johnson, or whoever is working at this moment...or if they are eating pizza and watching TV ?
What a pathetic transfer window expecting another mauling on Saturday knowing our luck Smith will get stretchered off Yeats will have to wear stilts. Warney will put a brave face on it but his days are numbered not his fault but there always has to be a scapegoat.
