A motivational manager trying to get the best out of an honest bunch of players and trying to compete despite being up against competitors who have many times the resources that he does. Does it remind anyone of any other club? From what I've seen I couldn't fault their endeavour but they look like they are up against it and even the great puller of rabbits out of hats might struggle this time round. Because its Warnock and also because I can empathise with the frustrations their supporters must be going through, I hope they can adjust and survive.
