Kieffer Moore is the type of player/person we need at the club. He has a great attitude and I would sign him up tomorrow if the budget allowed.

A no for me. He did well for us and that was great but he moved on, so should we. In any event he would be a luxury that we cant afford, did ok in L1 but did he make that much difference to Barnsley in the Championship ? Questionable. Bradshaw would be a better option in my opinion.

He wanted higher league football so he fewked off to Oakwell now he's back in L1. #karma
Barnsley want £1m + for him, he's definitely not worth that.

Anyone would have gone for triple wages we could offer him. As for Barnsley wanting a million for him. They might want that but by all accounts they paid £750,000 for him. For whatever reason it didn't happen for him there. I'd offer £600,000 no more, take it or leave it. He would be a great asset for us in the championship. Better the devil you know.

I don't understand any anger directed towards Moore. He was never our player and his parent club called him back and sold him to the highest bidder. That highest bidder was a club in a higher division than us offering him a lot more money. You can't blame him for any of that. He isn't a diehard Miller, he is a professional trying to make the best living he can. Anyway apparently Preston 'are the latest club to bid for £2m rated Kieffer Moore' so this thread might well be of academic interest only. Just out of interest, for the right money I would have him back in a heartbeat. We wouldn't have got close to promotion without him coming good last season when we lost Proctor and he loved his spell with us.

He's now rated as a two million pounds plus player. He didn't get many goalscoring opportunities at Barnsley due to McBurnie being the flavour of the month there. And look what happened to Barnsley. Moore is a very talented player, make no mistake. Good luck to him. He's got a bright future ahead of him.

I have no anger towards Moore or any resentment whatsoever. He had his day with us but moved on and personally I feel, judging by the way PW is moulding the squad, that his days with us has ended. Good luck to the lad and he has to make his living the best he can and I don't think RUFC could offer that which he would seem to expect. Another day and another chance for someone else to shine who may well be one of our own players and from whom we could eventually profit. Having said that if we hear this afternoon that he has signed a 3 yr contract with us, well I wouldn't feel too disappointed.

Yes like a shot. Never put a foot wrong and can't blame him that we didnt try and buy him sooner. Best striker we have had in a long time.
