About time they had a bolloking. The "there, there, there" arm round em approach doesn't work I'm afraid. I'm glad he's learning to be a manager rather than their best friend.
I don't think that keeping them in for forty minutes necessarily means that he was giving them a b*****ing, and that isn't always the best way to get results. Getting them to look at themselves and ask themselves questions, pointing out the opportunity they have, reminding them that this is the same group that recently went fourteen unbeaten, all good ideas however it is communicated. Peterborough are at Plymouth next Saturday and Charlton have a difficult game at Bristol Rovers. If we can get the job done at home to Fleetwood things could still be looking good with five games to go.
Emmanuel although he is young and learning is costing us . i did think with McCarthy leaving we had a chance of signing him not so sure now

Think everyone needs a word with themselves after yesterday. The formation we played doesn't work for us and never will.
Don't think it's the time for screaming and shouting though, we've overachieved but we can't let standards slip.
Winning individual "BATTLES" needs a modi*** of aggressive behaviour and wanting to win more than the other man.
Arsenal are a brilliant example - the last time they had a world class back four - "The invincibles" they had some inherent aggression. Now they haven't ( like us ) and you can see a difference.
Show us your war face lads ..... or all this hard work will be wasted....others coming from behind need to be matched physically or we're going to bullied out of the play-offs.
Two previous manager's now on our tail with something to prove.
