I have done a poll for fun about paul warnes performance 

 

so i have created the answer as you would do a works appraisal

please put a  comment hopefully this will keep the warne rhetoric low for a while

 Forgive me, h, but I'm not quitr sure what "obtain" means in this context although clearly it falls somewhere between "exceed" and "average"?  My vote is for "exceed".

to me obtain means he has obtained what was the objective set out top 6 finish

Its an exceed from me. He's simply exceeded my expectation. Not bad at all from a man who didn't want the job and viewed as a cheap option. He's proved a few 'experts' on here well and truly wrong, including myself. Whatever happens next I think he will go down in RUFC history as a legend

That clarifies things, h.  Tbh I had completely forgotten that his brief was a top six finish.  On that basis he probably is "obtain" atm but I'm with Calypso that he's exceeded my expectations.

He has proved me & a lot of other Millers fans wrong. He has exceeded my expectations & is doing a fine job.

PW has gone back to basics, it could have left us mid table... but after last year I’d have accepted that as well. Surrounded himself with part of the successful team he knew when he played, he knows the feeling he wants in the club where everyone pulls in the same direction.

PW has overwhelmingly exceeded what I thought he would achieve. I have to add that I feel the league standard is woeful and this has flattered our position.

I didn't think PW would do much at all but I never thought this league was this poor either.
