Come on Tony get these lads' contracts extended.

We have not had for a long long time a squad of young, skilful talented players as we have now. They are playing together and working for each other but most of all they are honest. The lads on the bench join in with team players when we score.Warney's influence cannot be underestimated and deserves massive credit. It was, as poor a match as we have seen and recent matches we have been able to outfootball most teams.Against Donny, they did not want, to let us play our neat football and credit to them ,it nearly came off for them.We have players throughout the team who can score and this bunch of players are improving all the time so let's get them tied down.

Seiously think that the "3 year plan" of building with a youth academy was shelved after Jacket left and TS bought into RUFC being a bigger fish in league one rather than a minnows in the championship. Barnsley have also bought into the low budget and we'll see how it goes business plan.

Serving up thrilling low budget entertainment like Doncaster and you can't fault TS's vision.

The "QUALITY" aspect of the football enthusiasts demand are not on the agenda - rather the run run run Rotherham which has a place - I suppose .

The team is built from our own players and some prominent loan players that fans want bringing in-house BUT.....The objectives are being met with a full house sent home buzzing. So saving the pennies on loans help to make us more business savvy as players play better striving for a contract than those that are settled in the warmth of a 3 year deal.

Got to see which league we in next season before we start extending or offering new contracts. Newell is out of contract so agree offer him a new one. I'd be extending Ajayi & Vaulks contracts with an incentive of a wage increase if we go up. Price & ***mings to be released. Yates can go. Potter got a year to go but don't think we'll see much of him again in a millers shirt. If we go up of the loan players would try to sign Towell. Don't think Emmanuel is a championship right back. Rodak I'm not convinced by him but could improve but doubt it will be with us. Would send Lavery back. Forde, Taylor & Williams have a year left on there contracts but all 3 are league 1 players.

I have mentioned on a few earlier post's for Newell to get a new contract, what I did not realise at the time was that we had a one year option on him. As far as I know (I stand to be corrected), if TS offers Newell the T&C's that was agreed on the original contract for the option year, Newell has to sign (which, more importantly, he appears to want to), job done!

Am I right in thinking that the only way the player can turn down the option year is if the club offer him less than what was agreed, I presume it is the club that has the option and not the player?
