I think you all need to calm down. Slating TS calling the club. Why not just wait and see what happens and where he ends up? Would like him to sign but we also need other players. We only have so much money as does any club. We need defenders and to put all our eggs in one basket is madness. Some of the comments when nothing has been decided yet is embarrassing.

the only reason why i am slating tony is because he has come out with quotes about the budgets that so far haven't been realized in the real terms

in regards defenders it seems that warne doesnt agree as he has let onarise and do ball go out on loans

we need moore as stikers who can score goals consistently are harder to find than defenders and if we dont sign moore we  would be left with yates and jch if ball got injured

tony tony think long term here

splash the cash some it our season ticket money i think he is worth it because i believe he form a deadly partner ship with ball links up then we would have a prolific strike force along with a fit proctor next season

getting moore signed now means the club can concentrate on a frecks replacement and defenders in the pres season

"Splash the cash". I would love Moore to sign for us. I don't know what cash we have available but if we paid £250000+ to Ipswich and then met Moore's demands for £10000 per week (the reason given for Peterborough pulling out) then I suspect that's our entire budget gone. What if he was then injured like Proctor? All eggs in one basket etc.
We have not done badly over the last few games without him and perhaps the money would be better spent on boosting our leaky defence, backup for injury prone Frecks and Potter and a Doidge type forward who could be a cut price version of KM.

That's the worst thing for me - we have a disfunctional attack that works with Moore...

"believe he form a deadly partner ship with ball"

That said - Only the inner sanctum knows the cash flow of the club and WE NEED THE SPINE OF THE TEAM REBUILDING.

That will not be cheap.....but wage demands are the one thing that Warne has done - SLASHED the wage bill.

Where do we go from there !

Dysfunctional attack? We have one of the best goals scored records in the division & we've performed well & scored goals WITHOUT Moore, sorry Bornamiller, miles wide of the mark there.

We have got goals in us, you're always in with half a chance if you have. It is the other end that's the problem (before Vaulks was put there). I reckon sod KM, just put a Semi up there, reckon a bit of game time and it would work. Remember Paul Warhurst?

"Dysfunctional attack" with Moore playing a central part of the vast majority of our goals for column.

His scoring provides a significant slice of those goals - but his prowess upfront - assists - even his presence has allowed others to score.

Now.....

Ball and Yates.....ugh

Ball and JCH.....Erm.......

Loan striker.....Ball .....perhaps but not - needs support.

Yes without Moore dysfunction.....

Not quite the new Vardy but the guys done good - for himself ! Got to be pleased for him - hope he has some success. Hopefully NOT quite keeping Barnsley up in the championship. But knowing our track record on player recruitment he'll probably keep Barnsley up and get sold onto a Premiership club for millions.

Good luck anyway.....I'm sure we wouldn't match his wage demands under slash and burn Warne. Anyone at the club on a decent wage has gone or going.
