Apart from the 4-0 win at their place the other year they've got a good record against us. Can't stand em personally as they robbed a proper football club of their FL place, they'll bring 150 fans & Agard will score, I just hope we can get two.
I hope it's not the Diddy Men upfront - Yates has had a load of chances and he's just not good enough yet. He needs a season with Chesterfield or somebody.
Rodak (got to stick with one of them for more than two games)
Emmanuel (good last week)
Ajayi (good last week)
Ihiekwe (Wood out banned)
Mattock (reluctantly)
Williams (only pace we've got with Taylor out)
Frecklington (masterclass when he came on last week - when fit best midfielder at the club by a distance)
Towell (either him or Vaulks - not a contest)
Newell (either him or Forde - also not a contest)
Ball (quality)
Yates (didn't do much wrong last week. JCH seems to have an impact off the bench - doesn't do it as a starter)
I would go with that Smiler apart from Forde (although you do say either or), as I would start with him. I do not think he has done anything wrong in the last couple of games to lose his spot.
I'd be happy with your selection Smiler apart from one thing. If MK Dons press high and don't allow Rodak to play the ball out through our wing backs, he's going to have to revert to the long punt and we don't stand a chance of winning or retaining the ball if that's the case. I think I saw enough in JCH against Plymouth to start him against MKD and thereby give us an option for a long clearance if required.
As a matter of interest, does anyone know if Taylor has any chance of being fit to play?
It doesn't matter which eleven players start today against MK Dons. They will struggle from the off. I've got no confidence in some of the players' ability to control, pass or even take on opposition defences.
