I can only surmise that Warne didn't notice him either.  That is the only sensible way to explain that he was still on the pitch at the final whistle.  

Only joking of course.

It was a typical Forde performance.  Five or six out of ten.  Didn't do anything wrong.  Didn't do anything full stop.

Warne prefers players that run around a lot to players that have skill and the ability to actually play the game.
