recruitment drive in january from paul warne interview in star and my comments on it

We need at least one defender, possibly two

fair comment and i totally agree as alas woods is coming to the end of his career Paul but i still think we need a defensive coach as the defenders don't come bad over night this isnt a criticism of the coaching staff just an observation

"we definitely need to strengthen up the top of the pitch as well.”

Ipswich Town plan to recall moore early from his season-long loan in January and Warne is well aware that the 6ft 5in centre-forward will attract plenty of bids after his exploits with the Millers. “Obviously, we want his future to be here and we will do everything possible to make that happen,” he said. “However, we could offer X amount for him and anyone from any league could just come in and blow us out of the water

Paul with your boss saying he has a top 5 budget why would that be a problem then ? or are you been told to get your excuses in early on why we didn't sign him as the top budget is just effing hot air

glad i don't buy bulbs of ASD  as i wouldn't  believe in the guarantee

we also need a frecks replacement long term towell is a possibility so get him signed as well vaulks isn't a contender for that position in my opinion

What about a new keeper , you can't make a good one out of three we have .

At the end of they day our top 5 budget will go the same way as all the championship money did. We will fade into bottom half mediocrity following a weak January transfer window where we buy no one but scrape up a lone striker to replace Moore. Defence won’t change and won’t get the coaching it obviously needs.

How many points will keep us up because I now think we are in freefall with the management team showing absolutely no evidence of having any coaching or tactical nous ?
