I will say mid- December.

I can't believe how many fans were fooled by his "Jack Russel" on a football pitch performance today.

Lots of running about................ in the wrong areas....and the when he gets the ball, no end product.

I'm not Taylors biggest fan but he was far better than Williams. Newell was nesh today especially for there 2nd goal. I'd like to see what Bailey-King & Bray can do.

Give it a rest pal.  Unless you are trying to say daft things for a 'laugh' in which case you are doing a grand job.

I don't rate Taylor too highly but credit where it is due - when he came on today he did a lot of very good things, created at least two clear cut openings and forced their left back to defend rather than play as an auxiliary winger which was killing us first half.

By the way, nobody will get any assists for a while if we don't finish better than we did today.

the players arent the issue at this club. Imagine that squad under a manager like warnock, i accept such a manager isnt available to us but warne is no eddie howe we need an experienced league 1 manager with at least 1 promotion under his belt. Even warne still admits he is learning on the job, if this is the case we as paying fans are being short changed we deserve to have professionals at our club.

Missed chances in front of goal led to our defeat against Charlton. We should have put the game to bed early doors.

Charlton gained more confidence as the game progressed. They played as a team and played us off the park.

If one of our players misses an open goal with a glancing header or another player chooses not to side foot the ball to another player, in a better goal scoring position in front of goal, then our chances of winning become very limited.

I'll not bother to mention the players involved. Anyone who was at the game will know the players involved.

We will never win games if we don't play as a team.

We also have to stop the long ball nonsense. It does not work against teams who are prepared to graft and play the ball from the back, through midfield and provide decent balls to their forwards.

Have a happy Bank Holiday, y'all.

JJ

Couldn't agree more derby. Isn't it astonishing that in the Championship we were given to understand that we had a similar budget to Huddersfield, well since they were promoted and we relegated, it stands to reason the problem was not finance but could it have something to do with management??

We were also promised an experienced Championship manager at the same time, and excepting the brief Warnock spell we didn't get one. Then we appoint Jackett and we all know what happened then.

Now in League 1 we need a League 1 manager but we aint got one of those either. Can we afford the time for Warne(s) to learn.

For me the problem is at the top and who ever we may get in as manager or player, the mindset/ethos of Rotherham United from the top down remains the same and it seems to manifest itself on the pitch. And yes we are being short changed in my view.

Why did we ever buy Bray? Warnie won't ever play him & was David Ball injured yesterday or just dropped?

Saturday Williams & Newell can't describe how bad they were. Taylor works hard, best of a bad bunch. Forde is always on the bench, why? What's he do when he comes on. Never be a winger. Bailey-King with genuine pace is out on loan. Bray who showed something against Man C kids never gets a chance. Emmanuel who hasn't got a clue when going forward, hope that's last we've seen of him. Pick players on merit. Vaulks & ***mings either for Right back.
