I enjoyed the game and thought the team looked and played very well, the high intensity was a breath of fresh air. And considering the lads were also training on Monday and the morning of the game, it is even more impressive.
During the first half hour or so when it was probably their strongest eleven against ours and at its most competitive, we bossed it and looked very good.
I though Ajayi and Ihiekwe were particularly impressive. They defended well (O'Grady was a handful as usual) and the distribution from the back was much better than it has been for a while. Frecks looks very fit. Moore was always a good option to play long into. With Newell and Ball we have creativity in the side. Potter clearly knows his craft. Still things to work on, but in the spirit of optimism all in all more positives than negatives to take from the game.
