Could be what we are looking for at full back.

I'm sure that those in the know will be able to name the player.

Another clue. The above clue has nothing to do with near neighbours at S6.

Clue number three.

The player in question has his initials in clue number two.

What a waist of a thread. No way is Aidy White returning. He's left sided. We've got 2 left backs. He was next to useless last time he was here. Pringle on loan for a season, would take that.

No chance of Aidy White returning and no reason why he should. More chance of the great Wally Ardron being the answer to the riddle.

I am not a huge admirer of Joe Mattock and haven't seen enough of Purrington to form a judgment, but all the same we are better catered for down the left side than we are down the right. I do like Joe Newell, who to my mind is a better left sided midfield player than Ben Pringle is or ever was. Both are players who I know split opinion.

It is the right side that worries me more. Unless we get someone in we have a choice of Fisher or Vaulks at right back. Neither fill me with great confidence. I would choose Vaulks but he is inexperienced in that position. In front of one of them we have a choice between Forde and Taylor. Both have had decent seasons in League 1 before which is a glimmer of hope, but as of yet I am not sure what Forde offers (I think his confidence got a battering last season) and whilst Taylor is a real 100% effort man I think he lacks quality where it matters.

Not sure where Ryan Williams might fit into all of that. I am told he can play anywhere across the midfield.

Some physiotherapy for any niggling injury (not sure if he has any at the moment), a boost of confidence, a few games for the reserve team and he will be ready. Stranger things have happened.

BTW, I'm still cataloguing some old copies of the Eagle comic. What's everyone else doing?

Attacking left full back to boot.

Stranger times have I known.

I get a funny feeling that the enigma that is wotsisname with his equally enigmatic posts is non other than our very own TTB, perhaps?

T_T_B is very quiet at the moment.

Perhaps there is no current insider information?

My source has dyslexia. He read Frazer as Aidy. It's difficult to understand, but hey, you may need a medical professional to

provide and enlighten on  his condition.
