Some interesting players released by their clubs............

Done, McNulty & Scougall released by the Blades. Warnie has already said that Done is the kind of player he'd like in his side (so we won't get him then), personally for a goalscoring midfielder I'd prefer Liam Trotter, released by Bolton, didn't work out for him there,but bags of Championship experience at Ipswich. Why not have a punt on Matt Green?, released by Mansfield, proven goalscorer in the lower leagues.

But whoever we target, why can't Warne & other people at RUFC KEEP THEIR BIG MOUTHS SHUT regarding targets, that way we might actually sign someone.

sounds sensible Brad - & I agree we should look at proven lower league players sometimes rather than failing players from higher leagues.. as part of the mix.

It's still not clear to me what the position is with Ward's contract - the note on the OS suggests we have to negotiate a new deal rather than it being a given that he is extended. So what if he doesn't accept it - does he go for free??

If he goes for free I want to see someone at the club sacked for not selling him in January.

I'm happy JCH as signed, and the offer to the others mentioned on OS.

No mention of Frecks, I though he and a few others were out of contract too now?

Its not so much of who we would like to see Brad more a case of who we can afford !!
