I'll start with my Suggestions
Manager,
Experienced Manager to come in and Paul Warne to be assistant and combine that with fitness coach role.
Transer policy.
A blend of young players given a chance with a mix of Experience players like Frecks,Lets see this head of recruitment guy do what he's been paid a hefty salary for.
Training ground.
Plans for work to start on the Brinsworth site that we purchased before we purchased the site our new ground was built on.

Doesn't matter what we would LIKE to happen, TS will appoint Warne, keep the current hierarchy in place that couldn't run a bath let alone a football club so more of the same I'm afraid.
