I'll save Paul Warne the time and trouble, and do his post-match stuff for him.
'In the game first half, individual errors, good honest bunch, disappointed, doing all I can, back in working hard on Monday, sorry for the supporters who came all this way, speak to the Chairman regularly, etc etc'.
In other words, same old same old. What else is there to say?
If we were looking for a new manager in any other cir***stances there is no way that Paul Warne would be even in the frame. He has no pedigree as a manager and when he took it on he had clearly never thought of being one. His only qualification was that he was the only option left at the time. I know he has had a thankless task on his hands, and I feel really sorry for him, but I'm not sure what he has done during his interim stint to demonstrate that he is manager material. Up until recently I suppose he was at least getting effort out of the players, but now even that doesn't seem to be happening.
