Deserved a point. Shame the keeper is awful and Kelly needs to retire. Ward wasnt interested. Rest of the team did well. Brown should have been sent off for that elbow near the end it was shocking
I don't think you can ask for more than the team gave us tonight. We battled hard against a very good side. The bitter truth is that we aren't good enough and though the players are giving 100% sadly that alone won't often be enough to beat better players who are also trying hard. Huddersfield had 33 shots on goal according to the official stats. They are technically better than us and have that other priceless quality - confidence. All the same we gave them a scare.
It must be soul destroying for the players to concede late twice in four days. Having a go at individuals now won't help. We can only ask that they keep trying and play for pride and Warne at least seems to have them doing that, so despite being bitterly disappointed and frustrated I've got no complaints.
Yeah we gave a very good side a bit of a scare but in reality they were SO much better than us it was unbelievable, 67% possession & 33 efforts on goal tell its own story.
We try hard, effort & commitment have improved greatly under Warne, but the main problem is the distinct lack of quality, especially in midfield & at right back. Also we seem to be tactically inept, we seem not to want to put in challenges & let the opposition have the ball at will.
Kelly at RB is truly dreadful but who else is there? How the **** does Warne prefer Vaulks to Smallwood in CM, the guy is so far out of his depth he's drowning. O'Donnell doesn't fill me with any confidence either, shaky springs to mind. Ward looks like he's lost interest, Yates & Taylor run around a lot with little end product. On the plus side, Ajayi, Purrington & Adyemi look promising & I hope the club go the extra mile to keep them, especially Adyemi, our best player tonight by a mile.
This disaster of a season ends in around 90 days. Lets hope the RUFC hierarchy take some time to have a look at themselves, admit the cataclysmic mistakes they've made, weed out the sh y te, get a PROPER manager in & prepare for August.
There has been some problems, some big problems.
we are going to make them small, very small. They are going tobe so small they will utterly and completely vanish. Gone!
Then we are going to build. Build bigger than before. Much , much bigger.
As big as your dreams, and even bigger than that.
Yes we are. You can count on it.
We are going to make RUFC big and great and just so all round magnificent. Its going to be big very soon.

God Bless RUFC
What have you been told about eating those mushrooms at the bottom of the garden
BradtheMiller completely agree with you. Keeper is struggling at the moment but I wonder if the chaotic defence in front of him contributes to his lack of confidence.
Kelly is simply way past his sell by date and will surely retire in May. I like the look of the new full back, looks really assured. Like you, I'm also impressed with the two loanees from Cardiff, unfortunately I can't see Adeyemi staying as he is one of our very few Championship performers.
Midfield is a concern too. Need that box to box man for League One. One slight disagreement with yours I think Vaulks will make the grade given time. Newell is in and out since his injury but ought to do well next season.
Up front, can't see Ward staying and Yates still hasn't stepped up so striking department another concern and is going to need a complete overhaul.
Taylor is improving but Forde lacks any belief in himself and needs some counselling to believe in his ability. Not sure whether Forde is actually good enough?
In conclusion, we need three or four defenders, two midfield men and at least two strikers! Not forgetting to keep an eye on our keeper situation.
I'll be happy if we simply win a few games next season, really fed up with witnessing defeat after defeat this!
We desperately need someone to hold the ball up for us. Danny Ward gets shoved around by big physical defenders and spends a lot of time on the deck pleading for free kicks that we don't get. Yates - that isn't his game either. In a way I totally got the Blackstock signing. The right sort of player if you know what I mean - a target man to lead the line. A Revell type. Someone to relieve the pressure that we are bound to be under for spells at a time, be a handful and win the odd free kick. And with a not bad scoring record. The Blades have signed Hanson to do the same job - not a spectacular signing but a very shrewd one. I'm not pinning all our woes on Dexter by any means, but it is a great shame that he hasn't lived up to expectations.

Hee-haw, hee-haw to be a much better player than he has shown so far
