First job is find a manager who is willing to take us on ,if not we are wasting time

Warney said on Radio Sheff that we are about to get someone on a 3 year deal. I'm all in favour of long deals for good young players, but you have to have good judgment before you give them out. I'm nervous about us giving out 3 year deals with our track record, especially near deadline day. Fingers crossed we get this one right.
