We need a proper pre season as well. This one just gone was a joke and Sunday side's have better one's.
Get targets in nice and early so they get used to playing with each other and actually try and win some friendlies. People may think they aren't that important but they are, we lost the majority of our friendlies and only managed to beat Parkgate. That set the tone.

Only 1 slight problem with getting players in early, we will spend the first 6 weeks of the closed season suffering the reapeated ****** of finding a new manager 😡😡😡
