Warne and Breckin might be Rotherham through and through but they aren't championship managers. Presumably they are fall guys for the L1 drop and seen as fans favourites. What I'd like to know is the size of the budget the new guy will get in January - we must have some money surely??? All this manager talk is just noise and before we know it the new guy will be employed post transfer window, how convenient.

I saw what I needed to see at Burton. Warney does not have the thick skin, tactical a***en or the authority to manage. Brecks is too old, too long outta the game and doesn't have the focus. Both great men but just not what a club needs to move sideways __________________

It's a good point re the timing issue . I just don't see the club is in the right space to do anything but opt for a manager for division 1 and start the planning based on that. __________________
