Couldn't read the article at present but the headline is worrying.
The players ought to be 100% on winning and the fact the personality of the great Paul Warne is an incentive worries me.
I think a lot of millers in the stands have enough evidence to suggest most players don't feel the same about the club.
For instance vaulks pulling out of several challenges; midfield going missing in general and Woods blaming others for his/mistakes.
The team is going to need a drastic overhaul that will possibly take 2-3 seasons if all goes well to get up to competing in L1.
The truth I feel is that it may stagnate a little as the club has lost its vision and impetuous . The "recruitment " policy is now the vehicle the club is putting it's faith in. let's not forget one needs a great manager , training facilities and back kroom staff and coaches ...building the marriage is a he'll of a lot different than the flush of the honeymoon

While it was nice of Burton boss to say that to Warney - sorry but luck has nothing to do with it. We are position by position weaker than the L1 team that got promoted, and collectively a even worse than that. The mess of the club behind the scenes is there for all to see and the only fix is to strip it down, when it we get relegated. When we build again we need to make sure old mistakes aren't repeated & should we by some miracle grace this league again over the next 10 years make sure that it's blummin well sustainable.
platitudes dont wash, we were 2nd best and lucky not to have been beaten by more.
Sustainablity is a word which is hard to take seriously, we need to scrap this season, but give us some incentives, Get a good head of recruitment, well known manager, back room right.
Early next year announce firm plans to where we are going next, G&C / Training ground, we have to stop the ROT!!!!
