I think I would go for Stuart Gray. Unexciting? maybe but he did a decent job down the road and what we need now is some stability and lets go down fighting.....this is if Ronnie is defo out of the running
You really don't want him. Competent but not outstanding manager whose abilities are quickly overlooked when his 'personality' comes out.
Tactically inflexible, incredibly stubborn, outspoken against the people who pay his wages. I absoutely hate him.
What he CAN do, though - no matter what my personal feelings are - is spot a good, cheap player. He picked up several gems, but then failed to use them properly.
