I've never known a football club's fortunes dive so quickly. Why would Jackett go - what does he know now that he didn't know before he joined? There has to be some cancer in the club that he considers is not treatable and it has to be that serious because his reputation is at stake. Of all the shambolic events over the past couple of years, this is the most worrying for me and threatens the existence of our club as a football league team. As for the rest of this season, I reckon we draw up a rota of MB members to take on the managerial role each week - well it couldn't do any damage could it?!

jeez its getting embarrassing now. RUFC a Poison chalice at this time, crowds are decent with where we are a bottom of championship, but there must be lots of questions asked about RUFC Ltd. probable plain and simple we aint got the money infrastructure to compete at this level. us fans are doing our bit what are the crowds avg 80+% of capacity. gob smacked

It wouldn't be a bad idea to get Jihn Breckin in as interim manager.

OK - here's an idea and it's cheap so should appeal to Board:

Frecklington to be player manager (more manager than player if current injury trend continues) until end of season. If he does OK, keep him on for the League 1 campaign.

The John Breckin call is a good one - after all, they'll be no-one in the lounge for him to entertain for the rest of the season!

The million dollar question is when and what will we hear from our Chairman?

your point suggests there is something more structurally wrong with the club and the type of confusion and door swinging does point to that kind of disruption.

Whenever a business is in trouble/transition then one often sees short term appointments, abandoned projects, high staff turnover, poor customer or employee relations and poor appointments.

So, to describe it as a fundamental problem seems correct to me.

If I add a little more along these lines I reluctanlty have to say that Tony Stewart is in big trouble. By Trouble I mean that he has been found wanting at a fundamental level and he either is not listening to those around him or he has no one worth listening too.

Far too many things have gone wrong now for this to be anything other than poor leadership , structural and personnel issues

TBH KJ has a good reputation in the game & he must have found keeping the club in the Championship an impossible task & he didn't want to damage his reputation by trying, but the puzzling part is that surely he knew what he was letting himself in for when he signed for RUFC. There is definitely more to this than is being told.

Ian, being saying it for a while TS is out of his depth, we were relegated the day we walked out of Wembly. No one in their right mind will take this club on in the predicament we find ourselves in. I will say no more for fear of dropping myself in the sheet foe slander but im f**kin fuming !!

" he either is not listening to those around him or he has no one worth listening too."....

- trouble with non registered player when someone is 'on holiday'

- not landing any of the main targets and repeating the issue for two seasons, not acting to resolve this issue quick enough and get someone in who knows how to close out a deal

- not putting enough budget in for this level (he might not have any more - I appreciate that)

- Players getting injured all the time, (something is not working there)

- putting players on long contracts who are clearly cripples and should be on a pay as you play contract, or not at all.

The list goes on. I'm grateful for all he did to get us into the championship - but I agree that there appears to be a fundamental failing with the staff he has to run the club properly at this level.

Although what surprises me a bit, is that you would expect some of these things to be common sense 'how to run a business' matters rather than just football matters - and he's a successful business man, so maybe it is those around him, we don't know do we... what ever it is, it's not working.

Thats fine amanda but what have they got to work with ?? Budget league one players and has beens that should be banned from a wrestling ring at best. No, we need a change at the club at a fundemental level by that i mean from the top down. Time for a change !!

Look it aint right .

Too many bad decisions from a position of relative strength.

What we started with in the championship is a shadow of what we have. It looks so bad now that anyone using logic would have to admit the class of 2013 have simply not be improved at all.
There is no is mistaking bad off the field recruitment.

The youth policy didn't happen.

Redeems revolution -poppy****.

Stubbs wise coucil and football -a facade

NW ,lucky and knew it.

Apart from Ronnie and Evans none can show their face again.

KJ, southerner with no feel for the club. that's the truth of his I feel .

What he has done wouldn't do to tescos  (you get me point ) you work mate's on the next shift.  if he's gone for anything other than heath reason 's he can **** off and be forever distained .  not a man he's a fairy.

Get Ronnie in.

Nothing to lose.

We are bemused

We would support him tll the end of the season.

More I think of it , Tony , build yer knuckles haRd and get Ronnie in. we are ****** but after stubbs , KJ and the rest of those out of town and not suitable for our unique club  ****less crap you hired it's time to admit you Hever had a better manager.  this is not  your Club no longer . you gave it up. when you didn't realise what the 5 thousand solid comrades know my better than you are the board or the media.

Fight or desert.satirdau hundreds , perhaps a thousand left at half time.

It's time to eat hmbld pie.

The only choice is Ronnie.

Do it or **** it and I'll see you next season... ( i won't I'll be there but I wish I could be a radical.

So, I'm at least gunnar put some graffiti up in the ground.

Tony Stewart your legacy is fast becoming a joke .

It 's no use giving it the stoical .

We don't fall for that.

Give us what we want

At least we will be part of it

Keep what you have and leAve our dignity

Yea. I'm radical.

Get Ronnie back.
